Rowben Consulting is a 100% Australian owned company that was established in 2005 to provide a specialised and personalised recruitment service.

Our vision is to create genuine Recruitment Partnerships, be specialists embedded in our clients industries known as experts and always finding the best fit for you.

In 2005 Rowben Consulting entered the market as a specialist Information Technolgy agency to provide permanent and contracting recruitment services.

In 2008 the Insurance and Superannuation division was established due to demand and is now known for delivery in the area.

The Digital division was created to cater for the growing digital teams within our existing clients.

Rowben Consulting celebrated its 10 year anniversary and we are proud of what we have achieved but always looking for ways to develop our internal culture and our delivery to both our clients and candidates.

At Rowben Consulting our team is focused on delivery.

We have Account Managers who work extensively with a broad range of our clients, particularly our Preferred Supplier Agreements. We have Recruitment Specialists who are experts in a specific area of a technology or industry, and our Sourcing Specialists who work with both our Account Managers and Recruitment Specialists around providing extensive candidate sourcing.

We also have a Talent Administrator who engages with our contractors in providing great after placement care.

A sophisticated in-house Finance Team where all our financial systems are online and highly effective. We have never missed a payment to a contractor or member of the Rowben Consulting team with Cheryl Jones, our Finance Manager, playing a big part in this achievement
