1. Software (engineer OR engineering) Targeting the specific job title / Skills set

2. managed NEAR:3 people Calling out the candidates management skills. NEAR is a Bing operator telling the search that manage and people need to be within 3 words of each other

3. (resume OR cv) Not necessary but helps to tighten your search
