Technology Stack
Building our matching technology we soon realized that resume parsers out there are built to extract all the information from a document and structure it. We needed all the relevant information so we created our own parsers with the only goal of serving our matching engine. Relying on both heuristics and Machine Learning, we have created our own knowledge of the world - taxonomies of skills, job titles and industry and trained on large corpora of resumes and job requisitions.
We have focused all our efforts to make the best possible matching so we have built all essential elements from the ground up.
