Ademar Couto is Brazilian and has a graduate degree in Business Administration from
the EAESP/FGV - Escola de Administração de Empresas da Fundação Getúlio Vargas,
and a MBA in Finance from the New York University (NY – USA). He has been
performing in the area of executive search and professional services dedicated to
human capital since 2005.
Previous to his professional career in the area of executive search, Ademar performed
in manager and director positions in the financial services sector, at companies like
Societé Générale, Crédit Agricole, Chase Manhattan, Lloyd’s Bank (Multiplic) and
FinancialCorp.

Carlos Roberto Carvalho is Brazilian, has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
with an International Executive MBA at Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA), a
specialization in human resource management from Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares
Penteado (FECAP)) and in business communication by Escola Superior de Propaganda e
Marketing (ESPM).
Prior to his career as an executive search consultant, Carlos was Director of Human
Resources at Hyster-Yale; he also held executive HR roles at Ingersoll Rand and Cummins -
American multinationals in the machinery and equipment industries segment. Carlos is an
executive with more than 25 years of HR experience in addressing complex and effective
restructuring initiatives of organizations and rationalization of processes.

Luciana Azevedo is Brazilian and has a graduate degree in Law from the Universidade
Estadual Paulista – UNESP and a MBA from the FGV - Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She is
certified in psychometric assessments such as MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) e
PDA (Personal Development Analysis).
She has been performing in the area of executive search, Market Assessment,
Assessment, Organization Restructuring and professional services dedicated to
human capital since 1998, serving national and multinational companies from
different segments.
Previous, in her professional career in the area of executive search, Luciana
performed as Consultant in FESA Global Recruiters.

Luiz Wever is a German/Brazilian citizen, with graduate degree in Business
Administration from the FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and postgraduate extension
in the Fundação Dom Cabral/Insead. He has been performing in the area of
executive search and consulting in human capital since 1997.
Previous to his professional career in the area of human capital consulting, Luiz
performed in managerial and directorship positions in sectors that covered durable
and non-durable consumer goods, at companies like Whirlpool and Tec Toy.
Furthermore, Luiz Wever has written four books with more than 40 case histories of
careers and entrepreneurship that made success in Brazil, and he also contributes
periodically with articles on human capital issues in the specialized news media,
including Exame, Você S.A., Valor Econômico and others.

Previous to his professional career in the executive search business Marcelo worked

Maria Eugenia is Brazilian and has a degree in Business Administration with specialization in
Foreign Trade from UNA in Belo Horizonte.
Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Maria Eugenia was a Consultant at Spencer Stuart, where she
worked for 7 years. Prior to her Executive Search experience, she developed her career in
Marketing, holding a position of Marketing and Corporate Communications Director in
distinguished financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Caixa Economica Federal and Banco
BMC. She was also a Product Manager for Varig (Brazilian Airlines) and for the law firm Barbosa,
Mussnich & Aragão. Maria Eugenia has over 20 years of professional experience.

Roman Santini was born in Argentina and has a graduate degree in Business Administration from
the UADE (Universidad Argentina de Empresa - Argentina), having concluded an intensive
program in Executive Coaching at the Columbia University in New York (USA). He has been
performing in the area of executive search and professional services dedicated to human capital
since 2008.
Previous to his professional career in the area of executive search, Roman performed as Regional
Director for Human Resources in the sectors related to Consumer and Life-science products at
companies like Becton Dickinson, PepsiCo and Mars. Recently, he performed in this position for
the Asia/ Pacific region, headquartered in Singapore and encompassing China, Korea, India,
Southeast Asia and Australia/ New Zealand. Before this assignment he exercised his capacity in
the Eastern European region (Moscow), and was also responsible for the Latin American region,
having lived in Mexico, USA and Brazil.

Winston Pegler was born in Brazil with English descendant. He has a graduate degree in Business
Administration from the “Universidade Mackenzie” in São Paulo and post graduate extension from
the “FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas”, also in São Paulo. He has been performing in the area of
executive search and professional services dedicated to human capital, since 1979.
Previous to his professional career in the area of executive search, Winston has performed in
positions ranging from management, to director and CEO, in sectors related to professional
services, consumer products and agri-business, at companies like Caterpillar, Ford, Manah, PWC
and Impar, and he contributes periodically, on human capital issues, with articles on this theme in
newspapers, journals and magazines, such as Você S.A., Exame, Valor Econômico and others.

Top Management Assessment
For the top management and executive levels we apply our global methodology HAR-BCR (Human Asset Review and
Business Culture Review). The main characteristics of this methodology, includes: alignment to corporate
strategies and objectives, in-house and market benchmarking, cross-validations, modular structure that allows
customized solutions for very type of client.
The methodology of "Simulated Assessment“, also applied to the levels of Senior Management and Executive
Management, analyzes the development degree of behavioral skills. The executive is individually assessed by
simulations, customized to his/her area. The methodology provides a transparent and objective analysis of the
professional’s profile.
Middle Management Assessment
For Middle Management levels and Job Experts, we also apply the methodology of "Simulated Assessment", similar
to the Assessment of the upper levels.
The differential of this assessment model is that it can be applied either individually or in groups, suitable when
there is a significant number of professionals – with the same job scope – to be assessed, providing agility and
assertiveness.
