Appointment of Group CFO & COO

Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading provider of Talent Acquisition & Advisory Services,

comprising Board & Executive Search, Interim Management, Research & Insight, Leadership

Consulting & Assessment, and executive level Recruitment Solutions, is pleased to announce the

appointment of Will Gerrand as Group CFO & COO.

Will has extensive experience in finance, recruitment and financial leadership and has held a number

of senior international roles. Will has worked for Corporate, Private and PE organisations.

Will, 46, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 after graduating from the University of Waikato

with a Bachelor of Management Studies.

Will spent 7 years at Ernst & Young LLP (Auckland and London) before joining Reed in Partnership Plc.

Will subsequently worked in senior finance positions with the US publicly listed MPS Group

International, the private equity backed HB Healthcare Group, US publicly listed Hudson Global

Resources Limited and privately-owned Proco Global International.
