United Maritime Academy (UMA) is a premier maritime training institution in the region and one of the most prominent in the world with its UK Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) affiliation and state of the art training facility. UMA is equipped with most modern Bridge, Engine Room & cargo handling simulators. It has the approval from MCA & Department of Shipping approval to conduct STCW courses meeting all 2010 Manila amendment requirements. UMA also conducts pre-sea & post sea courses for trainee seafarers, Officers & Marine Engineers
