Interestingly, “Strategy” came up as enjoyed by most and “Recruitment & Selection” as least preferred.

If you agree with Lawrence Bassidy’s quote, for any business to realise it’s strategy, it’s Recruitment & Selection process is absolutely vital.

This of course, raises the question as to WHY Recruitment & Selection scored so badly?
