Managed the deployment of new State of Art Multisite Genesys & Avaya based Contact Center (Budget allocated 2.3 mil USD)

Managed the end to end expansion and construction of the new state of art tier3 Data Center in Pakistan. (Budget allocated 1mil USD)

Managed complete outsourcing Customer Statements Printing project to a third party vendor resulting in substantial cost saves and the end to end Statement Printing and delivery process was also improved.

Managed the deployment of Cheque Processing Machines and processing system PAN Pakistan, which is also the first step to automate the Cheque processing, & clearing and IPU (Item Processing Unit) processes.

Responsible for the role-out of CWX (Collection Works- software). Managed the deployment of 60 off-site ATM’s PAN Pakistan. Managed the deployment of more the 100 new branches in PAN Pakistan. Infrastructure up-gradation of more than 100 locations in the bank. Played important role during the Integration of Standard Chartered Bank and

Union Bank. Major responsibility was to provide Adequate Technology Infrastructure during the cutover of Core Banking and re-branding.

Played an important role for the vendor finalization and discount negotiations in all the mega projects assigned resulting the on-time delivery and substantial cost saves.

Been instrumental in getting the vendor negotiations to get maximum possible discounts which resulted in the shape of good amount of cost save for the bank.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of project budget and feasibility reports for different projects for

management approval and execution such as: Deployment of new multisite Contact Center, Development of Tier 3 Data Center and Rollout of Branch Banking & ATM network expansion Projects.

Shortlisted the vendors and negotiate the purchases for the same. Coordinate and execute the projects.

Prepared the statement for the monitoring of the project. Establish key project risks and set plans to mitigate risks Preparation of statements for monitoring of project expenditures. Prepare the project execution plan keeping in view Bank’s standards. Prepare and maintain a control schedule of all documents (deliverables) to be
