CASE STUDY Family Scholar House Family Scholar House (FSH) is a nonprofit organization that helps single parents move from poverty to self-sufficiency. When nearly one thousand families depend on you, communication with participants in the program, volunteers, and employees is key to running a smooth ship. As FSH grew, they found it hard to keep locations and people connected and safe. FSH needed a way to communicate things such as facility updates, reminders, and to share files to participants in the program. Red e App provides a unified communication solution to Family Scholar House that allows them to connect with staff members and program participants. Red e App’s mobile platform is a great fit for the field-based employees and temporary residents. With Red e App, FSH has a digital connection to its employees, families in the program, and volunteers. FSH no longer has to manually manage personal email addresses nor rely solely on email for communication.
