Operating from offices in The Netherlands and France we

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Our Business Development division provides you with a permanent European
presence, including a dedicated sales & marketing team at a fraction of the
costs of setting up your own office. From the moment we start working
together, you have direct market access. Together we identify sales
opportunities, set up a marketing plan, visit prospects and perform sales
follow ups. We execute all of this under your name.
BUSINESS SERVICES
EuroDev Business Services offers a full range of back-office services European-
Wide. Our PEO and HR services help clients source some of Europe’s most
desired talent while helping to mitigate foreign employment risks and liabilities
and act as their HR department in Europe through a single, unique HR
structure. We also offer comprehensive VAT, financial and banking services.
MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS
The right acquisition in Europe can offer opportunities to improve growth,
competitiveness and profitability for your organization. Our M&A experts
target companies fitting your investment criteria who are willing to sell, but

HRO Model (PEO)
We hire your European employees on your behalfand manage and control all employer liabilities andresponsibilities. Through a unique HR structurewhich is set up we can employ staff in all EUcountries without creating a tax presence (PE) forcompanies in those countries.
Pay rolling and A-La-Carte HR services
We facilitate the payroll for US companies with legalentities in Europe and provide HR services on an asneeded base these services can include any of theexamples of processes listed on the right whichclients outsource to us.
EuroDev Services offers a variety of HR services to US companies with aheadcount in Europe between 1-50 employees.
