What To Do:1. Maintain office decorum by keeping a quiet

work environment & adhering to punctuality on duty and lunch hours.

2. Maintain proper hygienic environment, follow GSD facilities guidelines & keep desk clean.

3. Inform Supervisor cc: HRD for changes in address, telephone number & any other changes relevant to personal information.

4. Handle office equipment carefully.5. Switch off PC's and electrical appliances before

leaving the office premises.

What To Do:6. Strictly adhere to all rules and regulations of

the company.7. Maintain confidential information gained or

received during employment in ICS.8. Contribute to maintaining good and healthy

relations with associates and clients.

What Not To Do:1. Using PC screensavers which are

pornographic or offensive to other employees.

2. Speaking in slang language, using offending or non-professional tone or words.

3. Making personal telephone calls except when it is absolutely necessary.

4. Utilizing the internet, office equipment & other company property for personal purpose.

What Not To Do:5. Gambling or consuming alcohol while at

work. 6. Going out of the office for any personal

reasons during work hours.7. Using any information / documents gained or

received during the employment for personal benefit or profit.
