D1 Resourcing is an Irish based international recruitment agency for the Education sector. We specialise in recruiting high calibre teaching and academic staff for overseas educational institutions, from universities and language schools to primary and secondary schools worldwide. Our extensive experience in the ME, combined with our close association with ECM College,

Dublin, one of the top 5 providers of English language courses in the UK and Ireland, and the only Trinity accredited provider of teacher training courses in Ireland, we are in a position to provide you with recruitment and placement of highly qualified teachers and trainers who are seeking teaching jobs abroad. We currently handle both one off and bulk requirements for teachers and trainers across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, the UAE, Bahrain and further afield in SE Asia. The majority of the teachers we deal with are qualified with a BA/MA, CELTA (or equivalent) and 2-3 years’ experience so we can use both our current, global database, as well as both national and international advertising resources, as per the individual requirements, to supply suitable teachers. As part of our service, we take responsibility for the full recruitment process, from advertising the vacancy/ies, sourcing suitable candidates, collecting all required documents, managing interviews and offers and assisting with mobilisation so we can certainly fulfil the requirements you have set out. Following your interest in our Educational Recruitment Solutions, we have drawn up a detailed outline of our proposed services for your consideration. This outline describes the services we provide through each stage of the recruitment process. These are of course subject to negotiation and we are prepared to be flexible with regards to any specific requirements you may have. OUR PROPOSED SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS Terms and Conditions Once you have formally requested our services, Terms of Business can be agreed and signed.

Details of Positions Once the Terms of Business have been signed and returned, we will request further details on both your institution and your vacancies. We will need to know more about the job role, any personal specifications the job may require, what benefits package you will be offering (including salary range and accommodation) along with some general background on your institution and relevant department. The more information we can gather at this stage, the more successful we will be in attracting suitable candidates for the role. Advertising Posts We will advertise the vacancies you offer us in a variety of locations, both in print and online. We will target our advertising to the level of the position. Locations may include: online jobs boards, through our contacts in teacher training centres and English Language schools among others. We also have an existing database of qualified, experienced native English language teachers who have already been verified and expressed an interest in working in GCC and Asia. We will also email your vacancy to candidates that match your criteria and job specification. Shortlist Candidates From the applications we receive, we will shortlist suitable candidates though a series of strict vetting procedures. In the first instance, we will examine the suitability of the applicant’s qualifications and experience with regards to the requirements of the vacancy, discarding anyone who does not match the criteria you have listed.

Of the candidates remaining, we will conduct a short telephone interview with them and then proceed to verify their qualifications, identity and check their references. We will then send you CVs of candidates who receive a satisfactory reference, pass the initial telephone interview and suitably prove their identity and qualifications. Interviews Upon receiving the CVs of suitable applicants, you will be able to select any you wish to interview for the position or offer any job opportunity to. We will arrange any Skype or video conferencing facilities as appropriate for conducting interviews and arrange suitable dates and times for both you and the candidates taking into account different time zones, holidays etc. Securing the Contract Once you have selected the candidate(s) you wish to hire, we will assist you in the communication and administration required to secure that candidate. We will not, however, draw up or provide any contract or other legally binding document between yourself and the successful candidate. The contract will be between you (the employer) and the successful candidate (the employee). Once the contract has been signed between you and the candidate, we will issue you with an invoice for our fees in accordance with the fee structure agreed.

OTHER INFORMATION We offer a one month refund or replacement policy. Any teacher who leaves their contract for any reason within one month of their start date, will be replaced free of charge or your money will be refunded. You are responsible for arranging all necessary work permits, visas, medical insurance and other legal requirements according to your country’s law for the selected candidate to be able to work there for the duration of their contract. D1 Resourcing manages the full process on your behalf, offering you a dedicated recruitment manager to work with you providing the relevant knowledge and expertise required for a smooth recruitment process. The Process You will be allocated a dedicated recruitment consultant, who will act as your Account Manager to fully understand your organisation and requirements, maintaining one point of contact. We will then manage the entire recruitment process for you, from searching our existing database and advertising the role, to shortlisting candidates and verifying their details, before passing them on to you. We can arrange any interviews you wish to have with the candidates we have put forward, and once you have selected the candidate(s) you wish to hire, we will assist you in the communication and administration required to secure that candidate.
