Paxus supplied quality candidates with the exact skills and attributes required by CSC in order for them to successfully complete the program of ongoing works with the Department of Finance and Regulation, as the coordinating authority. Working in partnership with CSC, Paxus was able to secure a successful outcome for all parties by fulfilling all permanent positions on time and within budget. Furthermore, Paxus was able to achieve one of the primary objectives - changing the mix of the employee base from predominately a contracting one and transforming it into a full time workforce. As a result, this solution saved CSC more than $200,000 of ongoing associated human capital costs. Furthermore, throughout the process Paxus provided strong candidate management and communication to ensure the smooth transition of interstate sourced candidates and facilitated the successful on-boarding of the respective new employees. Being a long term partner of the Australian Federal Government, they have been implementing a large SAP Financials Program of Works to enable the Government to improve the strategic alignment and efficiencies of all financial operational processes across various Federal Government agencies. Due to the unique nature of implementing such applications, CSC found it challenging to find the right type of talent within the associated short hiring timeframes and restrictedbudget expectations to fill various permanent positions. As a result, CSC engaged Paxus to supply the related talent required to fulfil the role requirements.
