PERMANENT first we get the requirements from the clients on the number skills Timeframe to deploy, duration of deployment, mode of employment like contract / Permanent. then the following process will takes place Acquire the resource for training by conducting preliminary entry tests, Then after the training will have exit tests , then the resource is required to have Screening with the clients and the final selection from the client.
We aid in the recruitment process from end to end and the resources will be Working under the clients payroll after the selection as the clients employee. Client will be paying us as a one time gross settlement.
