Each day on our morning huddle, we recognize our teammates for values based moments. At the end of each month, the person with the most acknowledgements is awarded the Outside-In® Superstar award.
We meet quarterly to discuss our priorities as a business. We use our annual theme, Outside-In® Superheroes, to communicate our strategy. Thor. Superpowers. Green Lantern. These are a few phrases you may have heard us say throughout the year.

Each morning at 8:45, the entire company gathers into our conference room or dials in for a quick 15 minute huddle. We share our priorities for the day, discuss any ‘stucks’ we may have, and acknowledge team members for Outside-In® Moments where they shined.

We Love Winter Holidays
(compared to other seasons)
Our annual theme this year was Outside-In® Superheroes. Throughout the year, we used superhero and comic book lingo to communicate our business priorities.
Developed after considerable feedback from clients regarding di�culty sourcing top talent for hard to �ll jobs, talentSOURCE is a comprehensive suite of talent pipelining solutions designed to solve hiring challenges. We welcomed ~ 3 new customers/week in 2015.
We support local charities by giving our time or by donating supplies or money. This year we paid it forward to 4 charities, 1 each quarter. The highlight of the year was raising money for an adaptive bike for Zachary & raising enough to adopt Jacob as well. We adopted the boys in partnership with Preston’s March for Energy to provide adaptive bikes for them.
