properties. Zora helps landlords land and keep great tenants by removing the uncertainty that

goes along with renting out your property. You don’t have to worry about who you’re renting

to or if the rent will be paid on time because our program will do it for you.

Zora allows you to put your property or properties on cruise control so you can rent to the

ideal tenants without wasting your time. On the other hand, if you’re a tenant, Zora helps you

find an apartment. Actually, we don’t help you find an apartment, we help you find the perfect

apartment. Oh and, whether you’re a tenant or a landlord, we protect your privacy. We don’t

share your information with third parties because that’s really uncool.

score. Instead of relying on a traditional credit score to screen your tenants, the Z score uses

behavioural, demographic and social patterns to create a score out of 100. The Z score is

more effective because it relies on factors that actually involve renting an apartment. Instead

of wondering if a potential tenant will pay their rent on time and keep the apartment in good

shape, the Z score will reveal that information easily. You can still check a tenant’s

employment history and references — actually, we’ll do that for you because who has time for

that? — but with Zora there’s no need for an ineffective credit check.
