Instead of numerous listings, and time wasting visits, take a little time, incite your seller to spend less than 3% of its market value, and then things may start getting positive for everyone. With your Estate Stager/designer, your buyer may even get an extra after-sales service no one else offers, and you as Salespeople waste less time with your tedious listings & visits.
