“The termite report and clearance to be removed from the purchase contract.”
Termite Reports are required:If Written Into A
Purchase Contract

Termite Tips Do not ask for a termite report in the
contract Have your buyer do their inspections
including the termite report, and ask for repairs accordingly (buyer cannot pay for report on a VA only)
