Robert T. Lapidus President and COO, concentrates his efforts on

formulating real estate strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and

financing. Prior to joining L&L, Mr. Lapidus was a Senior Vice President and

Principal in a major New York City based owner and operator of office buildings,

the President of Westminster Capital Associates, and the youngest person in

the history of Bellemead Development Corporation to be promoted to Vice

President.

Mr. Lapidus began his career as a corporate and real estate attorney with

Kimmelman, Wolff & Samson, P.A., representing developers, lending institutions

and various business enterprises. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the

University of Pennsylvania in 1983 and received a Juris Doctor degree from

Cardozo Law School (New York, New York), Cum Laude, in 1986.

Robert Lapidus brings significant institutional and entrepreneurial real estate

experience with over 15 years of development, finance, asset management and

legal experience in acquiring, developing and leasing office buildings.
