NEW YORK, NY According to Doug-las Elliman Real Estate’s, Frances Katzen, the executive sales and
marketing agent for 64 East, the new Bow-ery District de-velopment by MGM Property Group designed by GF55 Part-ners, the prop-erty has reached
the 50% sold mark. Located at 64 East 1st St., the six-story modern residence is a welcome addition to this trendy, yet historical community.
“64 East offers buyers an amazing opportunity to live in one of the city’s
most vibrant neighborhoods,” said Katzen. “The homes offer a chic de-sign with innovative and spectacular space.” Each residence boasts a sleek and classic façade, open floorplans, and private outdoor enclosure.
Featuring fresh interiors, homes at 64 East will have kitchens with new appliances, along with an open-plan living/kitchen/dining concept, which provides natural light and a great space for easy entertaining. 64 East is also one of the first NYC downtown developments incorporating Butter-flyMX, a smartphone video intercom platform, providing residents with an easy-access high-tech monitoring system that provides video access, virtual key access for deliveries, and more. Other amenities include a fitness center and a rooftop terrace with a fully equipped kitchen.
The building is expected to be com-pleted later this year. Condominium residences range in size from two to three-bedrooms.
