He is the owner of four propertiesnamely Village Vacation Retreat, Villa Grove,Edgewood Mansion, and Lily Bear Lodge.These properties are located in Big Bear, andare used for corporate retreats, weddings,reunions, and many other special events.

He spent many years as a Chief ExecutiveOfficer in various companies such as AmericanMarketing Company, Inc, American Fundraisers,Inc., Real Estate Developers, Inc., CheezyPizza Company, Inc., Nations Best Franchise,Inc., LiquidationsRus, and Real Outlets Stores,LLC. He established a retail stores chain andbought shopping centers and also managedthem. He has also been the owner of 6 Pizzarestaurants chain. In addition, Lotze alsoremained in a real estate and bankruptcy lawfirm.

He completed his PhD in Sociology from TrinityUniversity in the year 2001. Undergraduatework includes major in Business Administration,Master of Business Administration, and jurisdoctorate.

He developed an MBA internship programnamed MBA Internship Employment Program.Matthew Lotze worked on this projectpersonally, and prepared its structure includingselling skills, retail markets, and technicalbusiness modules. Every year, 30 MBAstudents from 15 different universities tookadvantage of this program by learning businessmanagement in 4 different businesses andimproving their business skills. He is currently living in San Diego, California.Lotze is fluent in Spanish, and also knows basicFrench and German. For relieving his stressand refreshing mind, he indulges in varioussports activities such as skiing, tennis, andwakeboarding.
