And because you have better things to do than sit on hold, we also boast top-notch response times with our communications:• Phone: Average answer time of 10 seconds and call duration of 6 minutes. In the rare instance you have to wait on

hold, our average hold times are under 2.5 minutes. • Online Chat: Average answer time of 10 seconds and chat duration of 10 minutes. If your chat lasts longer than that,

we’ll suggest that we continue by phone to provide a better support experience.• Email: Tickets are responded to within one hour of being accepted on average.
