Kailua Kona Land Sales Report for July 2015
News for both Buyers and Sellers: August 7, 2015
North Kona Land Sales, show an increase in the median price of just over 29%.
There was a slight decrease in the number of vacant land sales of .
It goes to show, supply and demand play a huge role in the numbers above.
If I take that median price of $380,000, search from $350,000 to $400,000, I come up with 20 pieces of vacant landcurrently active in our MLS.
I did check and they are all Fee Simple and range from 15,772sqft up to 7.5 acres (price does not have much to dowith size, more so with location)
