INDIAN REALITY EXCHANGE• It is a Zero-Commission marketplace for Real Estate Brokers, a

mobile application where they can connect and expand their business.

• IRX was started by Mr. Vikram Dhawan and Mr. Karan Jindal in January 2015.

• The product (app.) comes with a variety of features that distinguishes it from its competitors but the main aim however, is to showcase the Brokers as location, project experts and Professionals.

• Indian Reality Exchange was acquired by QuikrHomes in 2015.

• Work as “Marketing Intern” at IRX is involved in assisting on various genres (drives) . It is a varied role that includes:

• Data submission of every meetings through Google form on daily basis.

• Sharing “Minutes of Meeting” with industry mentor on a daily basis.

• Making realtors download the application of IRX.

• Regularly follow-up with realtors and taking feedback regarding the app. features and technical fault.

CONT…• Expert Drive – Meet the Brokers to make them aware about the IRX

application.

• WBD Drive - Meeting and Inviting potential realtors for World Broker’s Day.

• Verification Drive – Verifying realtors on the basis of some proofs and providing them with IRX Verified symbols.

• Digital Marketing:- Connecting with the target audience of the company on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), promoting the posts and the content on social media.

• Assisting the graphics and content development team with Ideas of Punch lines, Content for Promotional Videos and Verification Sticker designs.

The hypotheses are as follows:

• H1:- There is a significant relation between Awareness of IRX app and Age of Realtors.

• H0:- There is no significant relation between Awareness of IRX app and Age of Realtors.

• H1:- There is a significant relation between Gender of Realtors and Usage of app.

• H0:- There is no significant relation between Gender of Realtors and Usage of app.

Relation between Awareness of IRX app and Age of Realtors.

When reading this table we are interested in the results of the "Pearson Chi-Square" row. We can see here  p value = 0.632 which is greater than alpha value i.e. 0.05. This tells us that there is no significant relationship between Awareness of IRX app and Age of realtors; accepting H0.

Relation between Gender of Realtors and Usage of app.

As per this table, from the result given in "Pearson Chi-Square" row. We can see here that p value = 0.378 which is greater than alpha value i.e. 0.05 This tells us that there is no significant relationship between Gender of realtors and Usage of app; accepting H0.

SUGGESTIONS The company (IRX) should invest in order to create brand

awareness among the realtors.

More emphasis should be paid on advertisement part, as advertisement creates awareness about the product and IRX is still new in reality market.

It was found that realtors are aware about the IRX app but usage is less.

Must take a quick action on the realtors complain and genuine leads which in turn will make the realtors happy and become brand loyal.

As the competition is very high in the Real Estate sector the diversification step taken by the IRX is appreciable.

CONCLUSION• In Conclusion, if the Real Estate industry wants to succeed and

prosper, it has to invest in technological innovations.

• Real Estate industry is going through tough times, so to come back again in the race, this industry need to build trust among both the buyers and sellers.

• IRX is a dedicated Real Estate industry specific mobile application that is specific for B2B purposes and thus is expected to bring about a revolutionary change in organizing the sector.
