There were times when they consider Kms but now it is Minutes so when you calculate from MG Road it’s just going to take 25 to 30 minutes for you to reach “INFINITY” and that would be 33 kms when you take airport flyover from Hebbal and so you can just calculate from other parts of city.

Pricing Booking Amount will be:• 1 BHK = Rs.1,00,000/-• 2 BHK = Rs.2,00,000/-• 3 BHK = Rs.3,00,000/-

Participation in the Soft Launch gives the buyer the advantage of availing of the best possible price of Rs 2800/- per sq foot (inclusive of club house charges) and absolutely no charges for floor rise.

The booking amount cheques collected now will be banked only after the Pre-launch starts. The Project will be Pre-launched with necessary sanctions and bank approvals by March 2014.

The buyers, taking home loan for this project, will not have to pay any Emi or Interest against the loan amount till the possession is given for the project by Time and Space to the home buyer.

Pricing The Soft Launch will be limited to the first 100 bookings, so please do not

miss this opportunity.

Actual allotment of apartments will take place on the Pre-launch date (once the necessary sanctions and approvals are in place) on first come first serve basis.

The scheduled completion of the project is within 18 months from the date of Pre-launch of the project.

The expected Launch prices once the pre-launch closes are expected in the region of Rs. 3100/- per sq foot and a floor rise of Rs 10/- per sq foot.
