•Now imagine running the house and managing the upkeep, erratic maids, maintenance of the property. Its just not happening!

Too Complicated and a Crazy State

Current Models•Current models of shelter ( Apartment, Villa, Townhouses ) were designed at least 150 years back

•Human race has progressed in this time , haven’t we? During this time, came in the usage of cars, telephone, televisions and the Internet

•But the concept of Shelter is still same, its being developed & redeveloped on a model which is obsolete

•Most of the apartments are designed keeping in mind the car parking layout. The layout of your basement kind of dictates your living area!

World's population in 2010 = 6,908,688,000. Texas USA area 268,820 sq mi (7,494,271,488,000 sq ft).6,908,688,000 people / 7,494,271,488,000 sq ft = 1,084.76 sq ft/person. That's approximately a 33' x 33' plot of land for every person on the planet, enough space for a town house.

Family size 4.So Every family gets a 4,400 sqft landwhich would comfortably provide a single family home and yard Such an arrangement would leave the entire rest of the world vacant. There's plenty of space for humanity.
