develop custom fliers, brochures, postcards, and utilized both the LA Times
and social media to promote the property.
Designed custom website for the property at www.2059HighTower.com
Mailed several hundred postcards to homes near the property, inviting
them to the open houses. We had the pleasure of meeting 3
neighbors who attended specifically from these postcards.

large pool of hand selected agents.
Held Saturday, Sunday, & Tuesday open houses.
At these open houses, held a Krispy Cream Breakfast, Fresh Chipotle Lunch,

2 days after the Tuesday open house
reviewed 14 offers and accepted the best one!
