How To Create Zillow Agent Profile

1. Go to http://www.zillow.com/ and click on ʻSign Inʼ in the upper right hand corner.

2. Click on ʻForgot your password?ʼ on the sign-in box that will automatically populate.

3. Enter your email address and click ʻSendʼ. Then, a ʻRequest Receivedʼ page will come up.

NOTE: Make sure to use the same email address that is on C21Redwoodʼs roster. This email is used for the company listing feed and will populate your profile on Zillow for your listings.

4. Check your email for a password reset link. Click on the link to reset your password.

5. Your browser will automatically bring up the following page. Type in your new password and

save it in your files. Check off ʻTerms of Useʼ radio box and hit ʻSubmitʼ.

A confirmation page that the password was changed successfully will load to your browser. Click ʻReturn to My Accountʼ

6. To complete your Zillow profile click on ʻAgent Hubʼ in the top right hand corner.

7. A drop-down menu will come down when you put your mouse over ʻAgent Profileʼ. Click on ʻProfileʼ to view your Zillow profile.

8. The next screen gives you capabilities to make changes and complete your Zillow profile. First, click ʻEditʼ then ʻProfileʼ.

9. First, choose a screen name, make sure that your screen name is relevant and searchable. Then, ensure your first and last name was inputted correctly and upload your headshot. To upload your headshot click ʻChoose Fileʼ then find the headshot file on your hard drive. After you have selected your headshot photo, click ʻUPLOADʼ.

10. Once the photo is uploaded successfully, you will see a small thumbnail of your headshot

surrounded in a blue box. You can change the photo at any time by going back to this page and clicking the ʻxʼ to delete the current photo and then go through the same steps to upload a new photo.

11. Underneath profile photo, under ʻProfessional Informationʼ, there is a multitude of information that you can fill in. The sections with a red asterisk (*) next to it must be filled in order to complete your profile. There are also other sections, such as Website, Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), Service Area, and Specialties. The more you fill out, the more beneficial it is to potential clients to find out more about you.

12. Once you have filled in all information you would like to include on your profile, scroll down to the very bottom of the page, and click ʻSubmitʼ.

13. Next, update your ʻAbout Meʼ. First click ʻEditʼ then ʻAbout Meʼ.

14. Your ʻAbout Meʼ should include the same information that is in your bio. It also is beneficial to include a link back to your agent website. You must add the link in order for the URL to work properly. First, type in the link to your website and highlight the entire URL and click on the ʻAdd a Linkʼ icon at the top of the ʻAbout Meʼ section.

15. Now, the ʻAdd a Linkʼ section will populate. Enter in the URL to the website you highlighted in

your ʻAbout Meʼ section. Then click ʻSAVEʼ.

16. The link will show up as a hyperlink (highlighted in blue) in your ʻAbout Meʼ section. This is the best way for viewers of your profile to access your website. Click ʻSAVEʼ to ensure changes are made to your profile.

17. Now your profile is complete! You can change/add additional details at any time by revisiting
