Don’t rush. Buyers often feel a sense to “hurry” to be the winning bid , take time to ensure the home is really worth it.
Check it whether the home has multiple offers or not.
Too often buyers don’t take the time to step back and weigh the pros and cons in the home.
See the home more than once. Believe it or not, you can walk into a home once and feel as though it was made for you, and the next time you are in it, it doesn’t have the same appeal.
Visit the home at different time of the day and different times of the week to ensure you love the home at all times and that you haven’t missed something the first or second time around.
Walk through each room. Open the closet doors, the drawers, go up in the attic and down into the basement and in each room take the time and feel the rooms purpose and vision utilizing the room for its purpose.
Park your car in the garage, which not only gives you a feeling of coming home to the house, but a sense of how comfortable the quarters are.

Walk the neighborhood at different times of the day, paying attention to cars and the condition of homes, as well as speak to any neighbors who are out in their yard or walking.
