in place to maintain square during pour?

REBARAre all verticals & horizontal s installed and tied as required?Dowel ready to insert if adding another level?

STRAPPING

STRAPPINGAre all outside corners strapped?Are cut block and potential weak spots

strapped from both sides?Are jobsite manufactured angles

strapped from both sides?Are T-walls and/or pilasters properly

strapped?Are lintels properly strapped?Is top of wall protected if adding

another level?

PENETRATIONS & SUPPLIES

PENETRATIONSAre beam pockets installed and strapped?Are mechanical penetrations in place and secured?Are brackets or anchor bolts for interior walls in place?Are ledger or ledger connections in place and fastened?Are weld plates, as specified on plan, in place?

SUPPLIESIs scrap OSB or lumber and drills & screws on hand if

needed during pour?Are anchor bolts or straps on hand for top of wall?Is laser level or enough string ready to plumb the wall?Is concrete vibrator ready to consolidate walls?
