Mont Vert is coming up with a large scale residential project called Mont Vert Vesta. This project is nestled in the fertile belt of Urawade, Pirangut in Pune West. It has 2 BHK apartments starting at Rs. 19.75 lacs, plots starting at Rs. 34.5 lacs and bungalows starting at Rs.111 lacs

Mont Vert Vesta is located 15 kms. from Hinjewadi Phase III, 14 kms. from Chandni Chowk & 25 kms from Lavasa township

To spread awareness amongst people about this promising residential projects and to get 50 bookings through the launch event.

To make people realize that just like Aundh, Baner & Hinjewadi witnessed enormous growth & development over the last decade – changing the face of Pune West completely, it’s now time for areas like Urawade & Pirangut to witness this transformation – making these areas hotspot investment destinations

To make people aware that Urawade, Pirangut – although far from the city – is an upcoming industrial, commercial & residential region, which not only makes it a smart investment opportunity, but also a luxurious place to live in with ease of access to the rapidly developing commercial / industrial hubs of Pirangut & Hinjewadi

Concept:3 debates on “Pune East vs. Pune West” were conducted & published as full-page articles in TOI along with ads of Mont Vert VestaA similar debate on more lighter grounds was conducted on radio by Radio MirchiThe topics of the debate were sector-specific & had prominent speakers representing Pune East or West for each sector

Rising Pune West Seminar

• Objective:– To make consumers & prosumers – investors, bankers, heads of financial

institutions, corporate heads, etc. – aware about the rising proposition that Pune West offers

– To unveil Mont Vert Vesta – a profitable & luxurious investment location in Urawade at Pune West

• Concept:– A seminar wherein eminent personalities from the education, healthcare,

hospitality & manufacturing sectors – all based in Pune West – cited the reasons that made them choose Pune West over Pune East & highlighted the future prospects that Pune West offers

– The invitees were heads of real estate firms and websites, heads of banks and financial institutions, media journalists, etc.

– The Mont Vert Vesta green & black were the theme colours for the event - the emcee as well as all Mont Vert representatives were draped in these colours

– Backdrops, standees, badges, food namecards & the return gifts were also in “Vesta” green - with investment-based tag lines

Remo Meet & Greet at Sanskriti School, Pirangut

Objective:To generate awareness about the launch of Mont Vert Vesta in Urawade(Pirangut) at Pune West amongst parents & teachers of this school, which is located at Pirangut

Concept:Remo visited the school & was greeted with performances by the studentsThis was followed by a question answer session wherein Remo interacted with the students of the school & also gave an inspirational speech about his life & career in music

• Concept:– A wine & barbeque event at Mont Vert Vesta, that included a performance by

Remo Fernandes – opened by 3 corporate bands– Invites were sent across the city– At the site, there was an extremely tastefully made sample flat which was open to

all for viewing. Boards were set up, guiding people to the sample flat, to get a glimpse of what their home at Mont Vert Vesta could look like
