the remaining 95% through bank loan and personal funds. Bank loan is usually up to 80% for
such property purchase, depending on bank assessments.
These purchases through secondary market are private agreement between parties and clauses

nomination clauses for sales of options to purchase to other parties, longer exercise duration
etc; can be incorporated into the agreements.
