THE RESIDENCES AT LITTLE NELL Peggy completed one of the most complex land accumulations in the history of Aspen, by assembling 19 separate properties, located on the ski slope at the base of Aspen Mountain. The purchase was comprised of the Tippler Bar and restaurant, The Tipple Inn which was a 12 unit con-dominium complex, The Tipplewood Hotel, and several private homes. Today in this fabulous location is The Residences at Little Nell which are 26 magnificent, ski-out, ski-in fraction share residences nestled on the edge of Aspen Mountain, and which are managed by The Little Nell Hotel, a Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond recognized hotel.

LODGE AT ASPEN MOUNTAIN Located at the base of Aspen’s original ski lift, Lift 1A, is a beautiful sloping property approved as a site for 15 townhomes . However proposed is a five-star project which will be comprised of twenty-five fractional units and one hundred lodge rooms. This project is intended to revitalize the western portal to Aspen Mountain. On-site amenities will include a pool terrace, full swim spa and après-ski bar.

NEW ASPEN ART MUSEUM Originally located on this downtown Aspen commercial property, at the corner of Hyman and Hunter, was the long time Wienerstube restaurant. The approved development project for this property is home of the new Aspen Art Museum which will be a 30,000-square-foot en-vironmentally sustainable building, designed by the architect Shigeru Ban. The building design concept and preliminary model were also made public, a wood and glass structure meant to highlight Aspen’s landscape.

MILL STREET North Mill Street , near Aspen’s post office, is the location of a combined acquisition of two commercial properties that contain a variety of businesses. This location is the site of a substantial building that is proposed to again provide space for businesses as well as provide housing on the upper level with magnificent views of Aspen Mountain as well as Red Mountain.

1121 RED MOUNTAIN ROAD This fantastic development lot is located on Aspen’s Red Mountain, and built was a fabulous residence with tremendous sweeping views of Aspen Mountain and the city of Aspen below. 306 SOUTH GARMISH This property acquisition was of four townhome units, now replaced with a fabulous duplex. This property has wonderful views, roof top living and an Aspen downtown location. Each side of the duplex has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, great room, media room, decks including a rooftop deck.
