Founded in 2010, the company is promoted by the management team of FIRE Capital, in partnership with leading North American real estate investment and development firms, primary of whom is Mr. Jorge M. Perez, founder of the Miami-based Related Group.

Founder, Chairman and CEO of FIRE Capital Fund, the real estate-centric private equity fund.

He is an Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Through FIRE Capital, he has been a pioneer in the concept of Satellite Urban Villages, that aims at providing international quality urban housing with minimal available urban infrastructure.

Before this, Mr. Chaudhry was a partner at Feedback Ventures, a leading Indian consultancy group.

Handled projects across the real estate domain – residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial and healthcare , in capacities ranging from consulting to operationalization.
