• COBie toolkit have to be implemented on project.

• COBie contain a number of parameters, added required parameters to schedules as

per the LACCD standards.

• Attach COBie and LACCD parameter to all families on all floors.

• Populating in schedules, parameters for all objects on all project files (all in Revit).

• Documents referred for information related to COBie and other are like from

approved material submittals and in case of missing information captured data from manufacturer website, like: design parameters, installation details and maintenance details.
