Stephen is a registered builder and qualified electrician with 20 years of industry experience.

As the Managing Director of Prava Developments, Stephen can pursue his passion for high-end residential and commercial developments.

Stephen is actively involved with the business and prides himself on maintaining high-quality workmanship and integrity across all projects, and on building long-lasting client relationships.

With an unparalleled track record of expertise and experience, Branko delivers architecturally iconic projects that are truly inspired.

He has emerged from some of Australia's most savvy construction and development groups with an uncompromising attitude to both quality and design, and with exclusive projects that extend from Melbourne's prestigious inner city suburbs to the city's outskirts.

Branko's portfolio includes the award-winning ROI apartments in North Fitzroy, which were designed by world-renowned architect Bird de la qua.

06 MEET THE TEAM

Alan Brown

Project Manager

Alan has over 20 years' experience in the construction industry as both a site engineer and site manager on a wide variety of projects.

These include underground rail tunnels, large civil projects, commercial/residential projects, aged-care facilities, medical projects and retail stores. He has also owned and managed a successful commercial carpentry company for five years.

Alan prides himself on building and maintaining strong client relationships while working closely with architects and consultants to achieve the desired outcomes of all parties. His design experience also means that he can implement design changes quickly and his flexibility allows him to adapt well to any challenges that arise during a project.

Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering (University of Portsmouth)

Marco has been in the construction industry since 1996. His experience spans a variety of projects in the residential sector, as well as successfully running his own domestic building company for over 10 years.

He prides himself on his immaculate organisational skills, his fine attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving skills. His 'can do' attitude and

success in delivering projects on time and on budget has given him great respect among his peers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Level 2 First Aider

Cert.III in Building and Construction Management

Advanced Diploma in Business Management

Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Domestic Builder Unlimited

David has over seven years' experience as a project supervisor of aluminium fabrication and installation for commercial, industrial and residential buildings.

During this time, he also developed excellent hands-on construction skills and assisted with design plans for residential renovations and extensions.

As construction project supervisor, David prides himself on being an advocate for his clients, maintaining a high quality of workmanship across all projects and ensuring that company deadlines are maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently undertaking a dual Diploma in Building and Business Management.Construction InductionLicense to perform High Risk Work - Classes SI LF DG CV CN.

PLANS AND PERMITS

We can work with council, building surveyors and archi-

tects to negotiate all aspects of complex approvals and

regulators.

CONCEPT DESIGN AND FULL WORKING DRAWINGS

We will help refine ideas and develop a concept into a

complete design or full working drawing, which can then

be quoted.

CONSTRUCTION

This is our area of expertise. We will undertake the fullspectrum of construction needs, from concept and plans through to completion.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our project managers will make sure quality workman-ship is delivered across each stage of development and all schedules are met.

SITE MANAGEMENT

Our site managers ensure sites are fully supervised and compliant, so they minimise disruptions to businesses and neighbourhoods.

OH&S STANDARDS

We do not compromise when it comes to safety and have a track record of compliance with National and International Standards.
