VILNIUS PARK OF TECHNOLOGY AND ARTS
Japanese games industry research agency MEDIA CREATE identified Lithuania as the hottest spot for game producers in Central and Eastern Europe.
Inspired by Cross Innovation project Vilnius started to create spaces and opportunity for a creative and technological interaction.
09.2014 Vilnius in collaboration with business promotion agency, companies from CI and IT sector, start-ups and the largest telecommunication services provider established VILNIUS PARK OF TECHNOLOGY AND ARTS, allocating more then 8000 sq. m of buildings in unique historical location.
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES FOR CROSS INNOVATION
“WHAT’S NEXT?” - the only international conference of creative industries, focusing on visual culture, business and technologies – is held in an old factory in Naujamiestis, where re-use of post-industrial sites turning area into rapidly developing loft infrastructure.
In October one of Europe’s largest mobile industry events, “Live Mobile Congress” is held in Vilnius supported by city of Vilnius.
Conference accommodates Startup Alley , 24 hours GameJam 2D Puzzel and plenty of international speakers and investors from CIS, Baltics, Silicon Valley.
