Application Management allows Business Admin to manage application in the business. The application list shows information including Application name, Application icon, Package detail and status . In case that Business Admin wants to manage some application, it can be done simply by clicking ”Manage App”. SHOPPENING provides you three different ways to manage your app, Edit content, Analytics and Push notification Management. .

A smart way to connect with all customers by providing them a hot campaign or promotion news with customizable and scheduled message.

Focusing on application, content is an important part to stimulate the interest of customers. Therefore, good content will make launched application and campaign reach the customers effectively with

commercial strategy and also help business owners have an advantage than rivals in the market.

Business admin has the direct responsibility to create a contents, campaigns, and brands in the

application Therefore, Business Admin is a key man as the last checkpoint before campaigns reach customers. Manage Content menu allows Super Admin to manage all campaign in the business easily

by using features on the page as the figure.

Highlight is the first page and also the first tab of the application. It means that everyone have to see it. As our suggestion, highlight campaign have to impact to you r app l i c a t i on t a r ge t customer. The things that you can set to highlight are Dealz ( e - c o u p o n ) , n e w s a n d promotions and magazine. Moreover, the arrangement of highlight content is able to set by merchant administrator.

Merchant admin, the participating brand of TRON, is authorized to access to campaign by secured login. Merchant admin is responsible for verifying redemption unique code when

customers redeem at point of sales. Initially, merchant admin has to prepare all content to be added to mobile application by super admin.

Redemption System is a tool for Merchant admin to track data of redemption usage by customers including, name, code, user, brand, branch, time requested and time confirmed at the store.

The system provides 15 minute time for customers to complete the redemption. Shop admin or Cashier can either instantly verify unique code within time provided or note it on the paper to verify later.

However, the redemption will be marked complete or not depends on the shop policy.

The recommendation is that cashier verifies unique code right away so that the admin can check if the redemption request is available or not.

Nevertheless, if shop admin cannot promptly verify unique code, SHOPPENING provides alternative

way for admin to enter the redemption data to system later. By this method, the redemption data will still be kept in the system and can be shown in SHOPPENING’s campaign analytic part.

In addition, the system is able to generate campaign redemption report of each store so that former data can be reviewed easily. There are 3 types of report, the redemption number by time request, the

redemption number by time confirm and the redemption number by campaign.
