Parqcolor®

Parqcolor ® is a floating floor that is cutting-edge in terms of both technology and aesthetics. The characteristic that makes Parqcolor ® an outstanding product on the laminate market is the High Pressure process - High Pressure Laminate. The surface of the laminated flooring is made up by laying cellulose sheets impregnated with phenol resins and a decorative sheet impregnated with melamine resins on top of one another. Next the panel is subjected to very high temperatures and pressures by means of flat presses (not rollers).This procedure results in polycondensation of the resins that make the Print HPL laminate a product with exceptional: hardness, non porosity, anti-staticity, scratch resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, resistance to acts of vandalism, and fire resistance.

Parqcolor® to gama zaawansowanych technicznie i wyrafinowanych wzorniczo laminowanych podłóg pływających. Cechą wyróżniającą Parqcolor® na tle innych producentów podłóg laminowanych jest zastosowanie w warstwie dekoracyjnej laminatów wysokociśnieniowych HPL. Powierzchnia podłogi laminowanej składa się z warstw papieru impregnowanych żywicą fenolową i wierzchniej warstwy papieru dekoracyjnego impregnowanego żywicą melaminową.Tak skomponowany arkusz poddawany jest działaniu wysokiej temperatury i ciśnieniu w prasach półkowych. Proces ten powoduje polikondensację żywic, która sprawia, że laminat Print HPL jest produktem o wyjątkowej trwałości, nieporowatym, antyelektrostatycznym, odpornym na zarysowania, ścieranie, uderzenia i akty wandalizmu oraz ognioodpornym.

Parqcolor ® HPL’ s characteristics:• Made in Italy: guaranteed and UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certified - cert. n° 69. • Marking: obtained by means of an annual certification system issued by an external body authorised by the Interior Ministry. • Guarantee: 25 years for residential installations - 6 years for commercial installations.• Customisation: customisable decoration digitally printed. • High Thickness: flooring 8 mm - 11 mm thickness, with the wear surface in 0,7 mm thickness HPL laminate. • Limited Number of Joints: the thickness and stability of the planks make it possible to lay up to 300 sqm without expansion joints. • Stability: The Plank and Big Tiles are balanced with Print HPL laminate and so guarantee greater stability and flatness. • Maintenance-Free: no maintenance or waxing needed.• Light Resistance: total absence of photosensitivity. • Inalterability: total resistance to the transfer of pigments and plasticisers. • Fire Resistance: Euroclass Bfl-S1 fire reaction, when the source is eliminated flames are not propagated. Resistant to cigarette burns.

• Installation: floating flooring that can also be laid on fitted carpet bases and on floor slabs with radiant panel heating. • Permanently Antistatic: absence of the build up of static electricity. • Stain Resistance: closed pore flooring that is resistant to chemical agents, ink, paint, and any type of stain that can be removed using solvents. • Aseptic: immune to attack by micro organisms, maximum hygiene.• Formaldehyde Emission: the HPL quality guarantees values 10 times lower than the current norms. • Slip Resistance: complies with the new European EN 13893:2002 standard, dynamic friction coefficient, Class DS.• Eco-Compatible and Recyclable: all the raw materials used in manufacturing Parqcolor® flooring are sourced from Sustainably Managed Forests - FSC Standard (Forest Stewardship Council).• HDF - High Density Fibreboard: constitutes the support for the Plank, Long Plank and the Big Tiles, a panel made up of wood fibres bonded using a special resin with good mechanical properties, excellent dimensional stability, and compactness along the edges (density above 850 kg/m3).

PARQCOLOR® STAIR TREADSThe stair treads system can be used to create steps in 11 mm thickness.All the decors of the Parqcolor® collections are available on demand, except for the ones included only in the Big Tiles range. Easy to install, the long side has a click routering in order to insert the Planks and continue with the flooring.Bending radius 10 mm, bar length 1160 - 1760 mm.

PARQCOLOR® STOPNICE SCHODOWE Opracowany system stopnic grubości 11 mm pozwala na obłożenie schodów w harmonii z podłogą. Stopnice oferowane są w całej gamie wzorniczej podłóg poza kolekcją Dużych Płyt. Są również odpowiednio frezowane po dłuższym boku, co pozwala łączyć je bezproblemowo w systemie CLICK z położoną podłogą. Długość 1160 – 1760 mm, promień zagięcia podstopnicy - 10 mm.

Skirting boards in MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) covered with decorative paper, length 240 cm - n° 10 strips per pack.MDF with low formaldehyde emission according to EN 120 (class E1). The use of solvents and formaldehyde is forbidden in the decors gluing operations. The folden are printed on FSC certified paper. The skirting boards have an excellent resistance, high stability and high resistance to impact, as well as being easy to clean. Skirting board available for all the decors included in the Parqcolor® Collection. Customised digital printed decors on demand. CLIPSTAR SKIRTING BOARD FIXING SYSTEM The “Push & Press” system allows the invisible fixing of the strips possible even on irregular walls. Steel clip, spring with anti-corrosive protective layer. Clip complete with channel for the passage of cables up to 7 mm diameter, which can also be installed at a later time. The clip allows multiple fittings and removals of the strip, or even the replacement of the skirting without the use of tools.

Stalowy klip i sprężyna pokryte są warstwą antykorozyjną. Klip posiada kanał pozwalający na prowadzenie przewodów o średnicy do 7 mm. INSTRUCTIONS FOR LAYING PARQCOLOR® STAIR TREADS

• Parqcolor® stair treads must always be completely glued to the underfloor. The most suitable glues are dual component polyurethanes or silicones.Vinyl or alcohol based glues normally used for traditional parquet are not recommended. • The step to be covered must be smooth and free of residue from glues used previously. Marble steps must be degreased or dewaxed to allow the glue to bond properly.• Before beginning installation, it is good practice to prepare the whole stair “dry”, then number each piece, and proceed to glue from top to bottom to avoid treading on the step just laid, which may cause it to move.• Use small wooden edges to keep the steps in position during laying.• Apply a generous but uniform amount of glue and do not forget the edges.• If you wish to continue laying Parqcolor®Flooring on the landing, the last step must not be glued to the underfloor, but must be click fitted into the planks for the floor.• PL supplies specific finishing profiles for lateral stair finishing.

• Stopnice Parqcolor® muszą być całkowicie przyklejone do podłoża najlepiej za pomocą silikonowych lub poliuretanowych klejów dwuskładnikowych. Kleje winylowe lub na bazie alkoholi nie są zalecane. • Stopnie schodów muszą być wygładzone i wolne od wszelkich zanieczyszczeń. Stopnie marmurowe muszą być odtłuszczone, bez pozostałości wosków używanych do konserwacji.• Przed rozpoczęciem montażu stopnic, dobrze jest przygotować całość schodów „na sucho”, następnie ponumerować każdy element i przystąpić do montażu poczynając od najwyższego stopnia schodząc w dół schodów, aby uniknąć stąpania po stopniach dopiero co ułożonych, co mogłoby spowodować ich poruszenie się.• Używać klinów do mocowania stopnic przed związaniem kleju.• Nałożyć obfitą i jednolitą warstwę kleju, nie zapominając o krawędziach.• W przypadku okładania podestów klatki schodowej podłogą Parqcolor® nie należy kleić stopnicy do górnego stopnia tylko połączyć ją w systemie click z podłogą. • Do wykończeń bocznych schodów producent dostarcza specjalne profile wykończeniowe.

To avoid any tension between planks, store packages for 48 hours in the room where Parqcolor® Click will be installed, after having removed the polyethylene protection. Store the boxes horizontally, leaving a gap between them. The relative humidity of the room must be between 40 and 60%. It is important to keep this relative humidity also after the flooring installation.

FLOOR CHECKING AND TREATINGIt is important that the sub-floor is even and flat. If particularly uneven, the floor, should be sanded or filled with appropriate levelling compounds. The floor must be completely dry (see table).

It is necessary to place a suitable underlay between Parqcolor® Click and the underlying floor. This will act as a “moisture barrier” and as sound insulation. It should be made of a closed-cell polyethylene foam and combined with a polyethylene sheet, with a total thickness of 2.20 mm (we recommend the use of PL’s polyethylene underlay Super Mousse).It is also possible to lay the laminate on carpet tiles. In this case is only necessary to insert a 0.12 mm polyethylene sheet which will acts as a moisture barrier: (we recommend to seal the polyethylene sheet with a double- sided adhesive tape). For laying the laminate on a floor heated with radiant panels, the following simple rules must be scrupulously observed.

1. The heating element must be inserted at least 30 mm into the floor.2. Before installing Parqcolor® Click, the heating system must be gradually brought un to maximum (with increments of 5°C per day) and kept at this temperature for 2 weeks. Before laying the laminate, gradually reduce the heating system temperature (5°C per day) before finally switching off, and check that the floor humidity falls within the values indicated in the table.3. Three days after laying the flooring switch the heating on again and bring the temperature gradually (with increments of 5°C per day) up to the required temperature.4. After laying the flooring, the temperature at floor level should never exceed 28°C.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENTCircular saw or alternatively a hacksaw, measuring tape, hammer, square, PVC or adjustable metal spacer, plank-shaped beater, L-shaped beater.

Place the first plank starting from leftto right, with the tongued edge facingthe wall, after having removed theprojecting HDF part. Insert thespacers to create an expansion gap.The planks must be fixed together,raising them of about 30°.

To place the second plank, insert firstthe short side (see photo no. 2), theninsert the long side, raising slightly therow. (or insert first the long side andthen embed the short side by thebeater).

Place the closing plank, previouslycut to size, leaving an expansion gap,eventually with the help of theL-shaped beater. (see photo no. 3).

To cut the planks, use a hacksawand always leave the appropriateexpansion gaps.

To obtain best results when layingParqcolor ® Click, cut door jambs witha graduated circular saw so as tocreate the space needed to insert theplanks.

To cut to size the final plank of eachrow, place it in such a way thangrooved edges are facing each other.For its insertion, use the L-shapedbeater. The remaining part of theplank will be used as the startingplank for the following row. Makesure that planks are staggered by atleast 30 cm (11 12/16 in).

Para medir la lama terminal de cadafila, posicionarla de forma que laspartes hembra, resultencontrapuestas, para insertarlasayudarse con un batidor a L. La parteque queda serà utilizada comoempiece para la fila sucesiva;asegurarse que las lamas estèndesviadas entre ellas 30 cm comominimo.

Además es necesario insertar entre el Parqcolor® Click y el cimiento unacolchoneta que haga la función de“barrera vapor” y aislamiento acústicoformada por polietileno expandidocon célula cerrada, acoplado con unfolio de polietileno, con un espesortotal de 2,20 mm (aconsejamos lautilización de nuestro producto SuperMousse).Es posible efectuar la colocaciónsobre cimientos de moqueta de peloraso (bucle) insertando en este casosolamente una lámina de polietilenode 0,12 mm como barrera vapor.Para la colocación sobre cimientoscon calefacción de paneles radiantes es necesario respetar estas sencillasnormas:

4. La temperatura del suelo, tras lainstalación del pavimento, nodeberá nunca superar los 28° C.

INSTALACIÓN- Antes de empezar la instalación

comprobar la integridad de losembalajes y que el material respetelas especificaciones del suministro.

- Para obtener un buen resultadoestético, se aconseja poner laslamas orientadas en la mismadirección de la entrada de luz de loslocales.

- En los locales estrechos colocar laslamas en sentido longitudinal.

- El Parqcolor® Click se mueve comoun pavimento en madera; es por loanto aconsejable no superar nuncalos 8 metros lineales y 15 ml para lagama Vintage sin la utilización deuna junta de dilatación. Dejar unespacio entre el pavimento y lapared u otros obstáculos(columnas, montantes, etc.) de 8mm como mínimo y 15 mm para lagama Vintage. Es importante nobloquear las lamas con tornillos oclavos; si es necesaria una fijaciónpermanente, crear una ranuraalrededor del tornillo o clavo parapermitir la dilatación del pavimento.

È inoltre necessario interporre fraParqcolor ® Click e il sottofondo unmaterassino avente funzione di “bar-riera vapore” e isolamento acustico,composto da polietilene espanso acellula chiusa, accoppiato ad unfoglio di polietilene, di spessore totaledi 2,20 mm. (consigliamo l’utilizzo delnostro prodotto Super Mousse).È possibile effettuare la posa susottofondi in moquette a peloraso interponendo in questo casosolamente un foglio di polietileneda 0,12 mm come barriera vapo-re. Per la posa su sottofondo conriscaldamento a pannelli radiantiè necessario rispettare questesemplici norme:

1. La serpentina riscaldante deveessere ad una profondità di alme-no 30 mm nel massetto.

2. Prima dell’installazione delParqcolor ® Click l’impianto dovràessere portato gradatamente amassimo regime (5 gradi al gior-no) e mantenuto a tale tempera-tura per 2 settimane. Prima di ini-ziare la posa ridurre gradualmen-te la temperatura dell’impianto (5gradi al giorno) fino al totale spe-gnimento e controllare che l’umi-dità del massetto rientri nei valoririportati in tabella.

3. Tre giorni dopo la fine della posaaccendere nuovamente l’impian-to e portarlo gradatamente (5gradi al giorno) al regime d’eser-cizio richiesto.

4. La temperatura a terra dopo l’av-venuta installazione del pavi-mento non dovrà mai superare i28° C.

HOW TO INSTALL PARQCOLOR ® CLICK

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE LAYING THE FLOORING

FLOATING INSTALLATIONParqcolor ® Click must not be glued.The longue-and-groove plank lockingmechanism keeps it in position. Toavoid any tension between planks,store packages for 48 hours in theroom where Parqcolor ® Click will beinstalled, after having removed thepolyethylene protection. Store theboxes horizontally, leaving a gapbetween them. The relative humidityof the room must be between 40 and60%. It is important to keep thisrelative humidity also after the flooringinstallation.

FLOOR CHECKING AND TREATINGIt is important that the sub-floor iseven and flat. If particularly uneven,the floor should be sanded or filledwith appropriate levellingcompounds. The floor must becompletely dry (see table).

It is necessary to place a suitableunderlay between Parqcolor ® Clickand the underlying floor. This will actas a “moisture barrier” and as soundinsulation. It should be made of aclosed-cell polyethylene foam andcombined with a polyethylene sheet,with a total thickness of 2.20 mm (werecommend the use of PL’spolyethylene underlay SuperMousse).It is also possible to lay the laminateon carpet tiles. In this case it is onlynecessary to insert a 0.12 mmpolyethylene sheet which will act as amoisture barrier. For laying thelaminate on a floor heated withradiant panels, the following simplerules must be scrupulously observed.

1. The heating element must beinserted at least 30 mm into thefloor.

2. Before installing Parqcolor ® Click,the heating system must be

gradually brought up to maximum(with increments of 5°C per day)and kept at this temperature for 2weeks. Before laying the laminate,gradually reduce the heatingsystem temperature (5°C per day)before finally switching off, andcheck that the floor humidity fallswithin the values indicated in thetable.

3. Three days after laying the flooring,switch the heating on again andbring the temperature gradually(with increments of 5° C per day)up to the required temperature.

4. After laying the flooring,temperature at floor level shouldnever exceed 28°C.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENTCircular saw or alternatively ahacksaw, measuring tape, hammer,square, PVC or adjustable metalspacers, plank-shaped beater.L-shaped beater.

INSTALLATION- Before starting the installation,

check that the packages are notdamaged and that the materialcontained therein is exactly whatwas ordered.

- To achieve the best appearance, itis advisable to lay the planks in thesame direction as the light enteringthe room.

- In narrow rooms, lay the plankslongitudinally.

- Parqcolor® Click moves like awooden floor. We thereforerecommend never to exceed 8linear metres (315 1/16 in and 15lm for the Vintage Collectionrange) without using an expansionjoint. A space of at least 8 mm(5/16 in) should be left between thefloor and the wall or other obstacles(pillars, jambs, etc. and 15 mm forthe Vintage Collection range). It isalso important not to fix the plankswith screws or nails. If it isnecessary to fix the plankspermanently, create a hole aroundthe screw or nail to allow for floorexpansion.

TIPS FOR PERFECT MAINTENANCE

DAILY CLEANINGVacuum cleaner, broom or antistaticcloth.

REGULAR CLEANING- Mild detergent (non-abrasive

domestic creamy detergents,ammonia, methylated spirit) mixedwith water.The detergent Parqcolor® Cleaningis also available.

NOTE:Always use a damp cloth, never wet.

DIFFICULT STAINS- Tar, ink, shoe polish, lipstick, nail

polish, etc.: use a clean soft clothmoistened with nail-polish remover(acetone), methylated spirit or otherdomestic solvent.

- Chewing gum, candle wax, etc.:leave to get completely hard, thengently scrape it off.

DO NOT USE:- Abrasive sponges, abrasive

detergents, floor waxes andpolishes, soapy detergents, water inexcess.

Do not lay Parqcolor ® Click directly onthe existing floor and always makesure that the under floor is clean,smooth and dry. Insulate with asuitable underlay (we recommendour Super Mousse). Overlay theedges of adjacent sheets, sealing withsilicone or water-repellent tape. Makesure that the mat overlaps the wallsby at least 3 cm (1 2/16 in).

Place the first plank starting from leftto right, with the tongued edge facingthe wall, after having removed theprojecting HDF part. Insert thespacers to create an expansion gap.The planks must be fixed together,raising them of about 30°.

To place the second plank, insert firstthe short side (see photo no. 2), theninsert the long side, raising slightly therow. (or insert first the long side andthen embed the short side by thebeater).

Place the closing plank, previouslycut to size, leaving an expansion gap,eventually with the help of theL-shaped beater. (see photo no. 3).

To cut the planks, use a hacksawand always leave the appropriateexpansion gaps.

To obtain best results when layingParqcolor ® Click, cut door jambs witha graduated circular saw so as tocreate the space needed to insert theplanks.

For surfaces with sides over 8 linearmetres (315 1/16 in), and 15 lm forthe Vintage Collection suitableexpansion joints must be used toallow for the natural movement of theproduct. CAUTION: The floors of adjoining rooms, corridors, lounges, etc. mustbe separated by expansion joints.

To cut to size the final plank of eachrow, place it in such a way thangrooved edges are facing each other.For its insertion, use the L-shapedbeater. The remaining part of theplank will be used as the startingplank for the following row. Makesure that planks are staggered by atleast 30 cm (11 12/16 in).

Posicionar la lama de cierre anteriorcortada a medida, teniendo encuenta el espacio de dilataciòn. Encaso necesario, ayudarse con elbatidor a L. (ver foto 3)

Para efectuar cortes internos en las lamas utilizar un serrucho alternativo, dejando siempre los oportunosespacios de dilatación.

Para una mejor calidad de la puesta en obra del Parqcolor® Click esnecesario cortar los montantes delas puertas, utilizando una sierracircular graduada, con el fin de crearel espacio para la inserción de laslamas.

Para superficies con lados que superenlos 8 metros lineales, 15 ml gamaVintage Collection hay que prever unasjuntas de dilatación apropiadas quepuedan permitir el movimiento naturaldel producto. ATENCIÓN: en ambientescontiguos (dormitorios, pasillos, salones,etc.…) interrumpir obligatoriamente aproximidad de las puertas decomunicación entre los locales.

Para medir la lama terminal de cadafila, posicionarla de forma que laspartes hembra, resultencontrapuestas, para insertarlasayudarse con un batidor a L. La parteque queda serà utilizada comoempiece para la fila sucesiva;asegurarse que las lamas estèndesviadas entre ellas 30 cm comominimo.

MONTAJE FLOTANTEParqcolor® Click no se debe encolaren el suelo. Permanece bloqueadopor el encaje entre lama y lama. Paraevitar tensiones en las lamas, lospaquetes contenedores del materialdeberán permanecer en el ambienteen el que vaya a ser colocado elParqcolor® Click durante 48 horas,quitando la protección de polietileno.Colocar las cajas en posiciónhorizontal dejándolas separadas lasunas de las otras. CONTROL Y TRATAMIENTO DE LOS CIMIENTOSEs importante que los cimientos sean regulares y estén nivelados. Se deben corregir las irregularidades grandesraspándolas o rellenándolas conmateriales adecuados. Los cimientosdeben estar perfectamente secos (ver tabla).

Además es necesario insertar entre el Parqcolor® Click y el cimiento unacolchoneta que haga la función de“barrera vapor” y aislamiento acústicoformada por polietileno expandidocon célula cerrada, acoplado con unfolio de polietileno, con un espesortotal de 2,20 mm (aconsejamos lautilización de nuestro producto SuperMousse).Es posible efectuar la colocaciónsobre cimientos de moqueta de peloraso (bucle) insertando en este casosolamente una lámina de polietilenode 0,12 mm como barrera vapor.Para la colocación sobre cimientoscon calefacción de paneles radiantes es necesario respetar estas sencillasnormas:

1. La serpentina que calienta debeestar a una profundidad de almenos 30 mm en el bloque.

2. Antes de la instalación delParqcolor® Click, la calefacción sedeberá elevar gradualmente almáximo régimen (5 °C al día) ymantener a dicha temperaturadurante 2 semanas. Antes deiniciar la colocación, reducirgradualmente la temperatura de lainstalación (5 °C al día) hastaapagarla totalmente y controlarque la humedad del bloque estédentro de los valores indicados enla tabla.

3. Tres días después de acabar lacolocación, encender nuevamentela calefacción y elevarlagradualmente (5 °C al día) segúnlas necesidades.

4. La temperatura del suelo, tras lainstalación del pavimento, nodeberá nunca superar los 28° C.

EQUIPO NECESARIOSierra circular o serrucho alternativo,metro, martillo, escuadra,distanciadores de PVC o ajustablesde metal, batidor perfilado y batidoraa L.

INSTALACIÓN- Antes de empezar la instalación

comprobar la integridad de losembalajes y que el material respetelas especificaciones del suministro.

- Para obtener un buen resultadoestético, se aconseja poner laslamas orientadas en la mismadirección de la entrada de luz de loslocales.

- En los locales estrechos colocar laslamas en sentido longitudinal.

- El Parqcolor® Click se mueve comoun pavimento en madera; es por loanto aconsejable no superar nuncalos 8 metros lineales y 15 ml para lagama Vintage sin la utilización deuna junta de dilatación. Dejar unespacio entre el pavimento y lapared u otros obstáculos(columnas, montantes, etc.) de 8mm como mínimo y 15 mm para lagama Vintage. Es importante nobloquear las lamas con tornillos oclavos; si es necesaria una fijaciónpermanente, crear una ranuraalrededor del tornillo o clavo parapermitir la dilatación del pavimento.

- La información que se indica es elresultado de la experiencia de la PLs.p.a. aunque, al no participar en lapuesta en obra, no seráresponsable de eventualidades enrelación con la colocación delmaterial, a excepción de lascaracterísticas técnicas delproducto.

INDICACIONES PARA UNPERFECTO MANTENIMIENTO

LIMPIEZA DIARIAAspirador, escoba o paño antiestático

LIMPIEZA PERIÓDICA- Detergente blando (domésticos

cremosos no abrasivos, amoniaco,alcohol) disueltos en agua.Además está disponible ellimpiador Parqcolor® Cleaning.

IMPORTANTE: utilizar siempre un paño bien escurrido.

MANCHAS DIFÍCILES- Alquitrán, tinta, abrillantadores,

pinta labios, esmaltes, etc.: utilizarun paño suave limpio, empapadode acetona, alcohol u otro disolventedoméstico.

- Goma de mascar, cera de vela, etc.:dejar endurecer completamente yluego raspar delicadamente.

LO QUE NO SE DEBE UTILIZAR- Esponjas abrasivas- Detergentes abrasivos- Ceras y abrillantadores para

pavimentos- Detergentes jabonosos- Agua en exceso.

Instrukcja montażu podłogi pływającejPodłóg Parqcolor® Click nie należy kleić do podłoża. Poszczególne deski są unieruchamiane poprzez mechanizm zatrzaskowy pióro-wpust. Aby uniknąć naprężeń między deskami należy je klimatyzować przez 48 godzin w pomieszczeniu w którym będą układane, usuwając z nich uprzednio polietylenową folię ochronną. Pudła z deskami należy ułożyć poziomo w sztaplach, zachowując odstęp między sztaplami. Wilgotność względna w pomieszczeniu powinna wynosić pomiędzy 40%, a 60%. Ważne jest utrzymanie takiej samej wilgotności względnej również po ułożeniu podłogi.

KONTROLA i PRZYGOTOWANIE PODŁOŻAPodłoże musi być płaskie i suche. Duże nierówności należy zeszlifować lub alternatywnie wypełnić odpowiednim materiałem. Podłoże musi być absolutnie suche (patrz tabela).

Pomiędzy podłożem a podłogą Parqcolor® Click konieczne jest ułożenie specjalnej maty składającej się z filmu PE oraz spienionego polietylenu o zamkniętej strukturze komórkowej, która spełnia funkcję bariery przeciwwilgociowej oraz akustycznej (zalecane użycie pianki Super Mousse dostarczanej przez producenta). Możliwe jest również układanie podłogi na znajdującej się już w pomieszczeniu gładkiej wykładzinie podłogowej; w tym wypadku wystarczy położyć cienką folię PE grubości 0.2 jako warstwę przeciwwilgociową (zalecane jest uszczelnienie arkuszy folii dwustronną taśmą samoprzylepną). Przy układaniu podłogi na podłożu z instalacją ogrzewania podłogowego należy przestrzegać następujących reguł:

1. Spirala grzewcza musi być umieszczona w wylewce na głębokości min 30 mm.2. Przed ułożeniem podłogi Parqcolor® Click należy doprowadzić instalację grzewczą do maksymalnej możliwej temperatury pracy (zwiększając ją stopniowo o 5oC dziennie) i utrzymać taką temperaturę przez dwa tygodnie. Przed rozpoczęciem układania podłogi należy stopniowo obniżyć temperaturę instalacji (o 5oC dziennie) aż do całkowitego wyłączenia, kontrolując jednocześnie właściwy poziom wilgotności wylewki.3. Trzy dni po położeniu podłogi należy ponownie włączyć ogrzewanie podłogowe i doprowadzić je stopniowo (5oC dziennie) do pożądanej temperatury pracy.4. Temperatura na poziomie podłogi po jej instalacji nie powinna nigdy przekraczać 28°C.

WYMAGANE NARZĘDZIAPilarka tarczowa albo piła ręczna o drobnych zębach, taśma pomiarowa, młotek, kątownik, metalowy element regulacyjny lub wykonany z PCV, dobijak w kształcie deski, dobijak w kształcie litery L.

MONTAŻ- Przed rozpoczęciem układania należy sprawdzić stan opakowań, w których dostarczono podłogę i zgodność materiału z zamówieniem.- Aby uzyskać najlepszy efekt estetyczny zaleca się układanie desek zgodnie z kierunkiem wpadania do pomieszczenia światła naturalnego.- W wąskich pomieszczeniach należy układać podłogę wzdłuż jego dłuższego boku.- Podłoga Parqcolor® Click pracuje podobnie jak podłoga z naturalnego drewna i dlatego zalecane jest stosowanie szczelin dylatacyjnych co min. 15 mb podłogi. Należy również pozostawić przestrzeń min 10 mm między krawędzią podłogi a ścianą, kolumną, futryną, itp. Nie należy mocować podłogi do podłoża przy pomocy śrub czy gwoździ. Jeśli takie mocowanie jest niezbędne należy pozostawić wokół elementów mocujących przestrzeń dylatacyjną pozwalającą podłodze na przemieszczanie się.- Powyższe informacje są efektem wiedzy i doświadczeń producenta – firmy PL S.p.A. Jako strona nieuczestnicząca w montażu producent nie przyjmuje odpowiedzialności za ewentualne reklamacje dotyczące ułożenia podłogi poza tymi dotyczącymi własności technicznych produktu.

CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA

CODZIENNE CZYSZCZENIE: Odkurzacz, zmiotka, ścierka antyelektrostatyczna.

REGULARNE CZYSZCZENIE: Łagodny detergent (w kremie, bez substancji ściernych, na bazie amoniaku lub alkoholu) rozcieńczony wodą. Dostępny jest też środek do czyszczenia Parqcolor® Cleaning. WAŻNE: używać do wycierania ścierek i mopów dobrze wyżętych.

TRUDNE DO USUNIĘCIA PLAMY: Smoła, atrament, pasta do obuwia, szminka, lakier do paznokci, itp.: używać miękkiej, czystej szmatki nasączonej acetonem, alkoholem lub innym środkiem czyszczącym do użytku domowego. Guma do żucia, wosk, itp.: pozostawić do całkowitego wyschnięcia, a następnie delikatnie zeskrobać.

NIE UŻYWAĆ: Szorstkich gąbek,detergentów z substancjami ściernymi, past i wosków do podłóg, detergentów na bazie mydła, wody w obfitej ilości.

Nie należy układać paneli Parqcolor® Click bezpośrednio na już istniejącej podłodze i trzeba się zawsze upewnić, czy podłoże jest czyste, gładkie i suche. Ułożyć najpierw odpowiednią folię izolacyjną (zalecamypiankę Super Mousse). Krawędzie sąsiadujących arkuszy założyć na zakładkę, uszczelniając łączenie silikonem lub wodoodporną taśmą samoprzylepną. Upewnić się, że folia zachodzi na ściany na co najmniej 3 cm.

Rozpocząć układanie podłogi w lewym narożniku, a kolejne panele kłaść od lewej do prawej, krawędzią z piórem skierowaną do ściany, po uprzednim odcięciu pióra. Umieścić kliny dystansowe wzdłuż ściany, aby utworzyć szczelinę dylatacyjną. Panele łączy się po uniesieniu ich pod kątem około 30°.

Aby dociąć końcowy panel każdego rzędu do potrzebnej długości należy ułożyć dwa ostatnie panele wpustami do siebie. Do wsunięcia końcowego panelu, należy użyć dobijaka w kształcie kątownika. Pozostała część panelu będzie użyta, jako panel startowy kolejnego rzędu. Deski należy układać naprzemiennie i przesunięte względem siebie co najmniej o 30cm.

Aby rozpocząć układanie drugiego rzędu desek, należy wsunąć pozostały po docięciu kawałek panelu we wpust, pod kątem około 30°.

Wstawić panel końcowy, uprzednio przycięty do właściwego rozmiaru, pozostawiając szczelinę dylatacyjną,przy użyciu w razie konieczności bijaka w kształcie kątownika (patrz zdjęcie nr 3).

Do cięcia desek, należy używać piły ręcznej z ostrzem o drobnych zębach i pozostawiając zawsze odpowiednie szczeliny dylatacyjne.

W celu uzyskania jak najlepszych wyników podczas układania podłogi Parqcolor® Click, należy podciąć futrynę za pomocą piły tarczowej z regulacją stopniową, aby utworzyć przestrzeń potrzebną do wsunięcia desek.

Powierzchnie podłogi o boku większym 8 mb (w przypadku kolekcji Vintage jest to 15 mb) należy dzielić przy użyciu odpowiednich profili dylatacyjnych, aby umożliwić naturalną pracę się podłogi związaną ze zmiennością wymiarów.
