Why the people come to Spain?

Because to get the nationality of Spain is easier than other countries of Europe.In Europe the only way to get nationality is to get married with a European citizen. But Spain offers others ways to get it.

How they come ?There are legal and illegal ways to arrive to Spain.

IllegalAfrica: The majority of people come by boat.

Asia and America: Normally they come as tourists by plane . After they try to get work.

Europe countries who aren’t in EU: They come by bus or plane. In this case the passport can be a false passport.

LegalThey can come to Spain by a study or work visa or sponsor sent by their relatives.

How they get the nationality ?

There are two ways to get it:

If you get married with a Spanish person you will get the Spanish nationality .

But there are a lot of people that pay for get married. This is illegal.

Residence card which you get after three year then you have to renew this card again and again till to 10 years. After 10 years you can apply nationality card.

But nationality times, they can reduce in this cases:- 5 years if you are in refuge stay.- 1 year if they born in Spain.- 1 year if they are married with a Spanish citizen.- 1 year if you are widow widower.- 1 year if their parents are from Spain but they didn't born in Spain.

According to government’s requirements

With residence card you can travel to any country of EU:- They can stand a business or work anywhere.- They can pay tax for pension.- They can open bank account.- They are totally illegal in EU.- Medical and educaton will be free for them.-Help if you haven’t got job (money).

You are as a Spainish citizen, but the only diference that, you can not travel to some countries: USA, UK, England and Australia until you haven’t got the nationality.

Benefits of residence card

-Your passport of your own country- Three photo -Character certificate - Registration of corporation tree year old- Labor contract or show an amount of money in your bank account.

-OtherIf you are studying you will have to show your enrollment papers too.You will have to show that you are living in a home.

All of that certificates they have to be translated in tree languages: English, Spanish and in your own language.

About the other documents, there aren’t any reason to get it by a illegal way.
