Good design and housing solutions can lead the charge in giving those 89% polled by AARP what they truly want – the ability to remain in the home of their choice, in their own communities, with the freedoms and flexibility to get their care and live their lives on their own terms, for as long as it is safely possible to do so. Housing can be the solution, but it takes planning, and we have to start now. Aaron will provide you with an understanding of the key insights that are emerging from this ever-changing and exploding sector of the economy that is attempting to address the “Boomer Consumer” – Their wants, needs, desires, and fears related to the second half of life and the “new third of life” longevity that technology and medicine have created in our current lifetimes.
