The claims by the ZPC that it represents Jewish opinion and values as well as its authority to speak for the interests of the American people. 2. Measuring the power of the ZPC and determining its influence over policy, appointments and political institutions. 3. The question of whether the ZPC is a legitimate part of the US political system, another lobby, or something very different, an unregistered agent of a foreign power (Israel). 4. The scope and depth of the ZPC influence in US politics beyond the focus on its “lobbying” in Washington on a “single issue”. 5. The organizational weapons and techniques utilized by the ZPC to maximize influence and deny voice and influence to critics of Israel and itself. 6. The similarities of the organizational linkages of the IsraelZionist relationship to the Russian – Stalinist Communist Parties of the 1930’s. Method: Public Records, Ethnic Neutral Sources and Citations The case against the Zionist Power Configuration is based on the open record of publications, speeches, articles, interviews and sources available to the general public (and any interested reader). Many facts and data are drawn from Zionist and Israeli sources as well as mainstream publications and writings by critical journalists and analysts.1 We do not privilege the statements by Jews, whether they are critics or supporters of the State of Israel, as most “progressive” writers do. The pursuit of truth is not an “ethnic science”, an approach that smacks of Nazi and Zionist racial theories. Indeed, nothing reveals the extreme Zionist power or cultural hegemony over the debate on Israel and American Zionism so much as the constant reliance, reference and citation of the “Jewish” authorship of critical articles, even when publications by nonJews are better documented, of earlier publication, and better argued. The ethnic (Jewish) label attached to writings and intellectual and political activity is selectively applied: the ethnic labels are applied to ‘positive outcomes’ as part of a general campaign exalting the “superiority” of the “race”; and disregarded in the face of ‘negative outcomes’ and activities (e.g. financial swindles, Russian oligarchs, espionage agents). In fact the “double standard” is buttressed by savage attacks by the ZPC on those who, following the ethnic labeling tradition, actually mention the Jewish background of mediocrities and war criminals as well as peace and justice advocates. We will begin by questioning and challenging the representativeness of the ZPC in the United States today.

The51shundredsofthousandsofactivistsarestrategicallyplacedininstitutions,aswellasgeographically,withacentralizedcommandcapableof mobilizingmoney,mediaattentionandpoliticalleverageinanypriority,political,culturalorsocialarena.9The51organizationsarenotmerelyalobbyin thesenseofhavingpaidofficialsoperatingtoinfluencecongressionalvotes.10Theyincludereligious,civic,charitable,ideological,culturalandsocial organizationsunifiedandunconditionallycommittedtofollowingthezigzagsofIsraelipoliticaldirectives.11Theactualstructureresemblesapower configurationthatreachesfromsmallchaptersinmunicipalitiestostatewideconfederations,aswellasnationalorganizations,eachwithitsownbudget,its ownideologicalwatchdogsandappropriatelevelsofpower. ThepowerforIsraelisexercisedbyelectedandappointedZionistofficials,especiallythoseinpositionsthathaveanyrelevancetoIsraeliinterests.These interestsincludedirectaidtoIsrael,sanctionsandwarsagainstIsraelsMiddleEastandAsianadversaries,AmericanpensionfundinvestmentsinIsrael, boycottsofcompaniestradingwithIsraelidesignatedadversarycountriesandmanyotherstrategicconcerns. ThekeytothepoweroftheZionistPowerConfigurationisthatitisamassgrassrootsorganization,bolsteredbythefinancialsupportbyscoresof millionairesanddozensofbillionairesandacomplicitmassmedia.Thesepoliticalresourcestranslateintotremendousleverageoverthefarmorenumerous nonZionistelectorates,themassmediaspectatorsandtheupwardlymobilepoliticians. TheZPCillustratesclearlyhownumbersintheabstractdonotcount,12especiallyinapermeableelectoralsystemliketheUS,wheremoney,organization, disciplineandethnoreligiousfanaticismdefinetheboundaries,issuesandacceptablepolicies. TheZPCasForeignAgentsoftheIsraeliState TherecentdecisionoftheUSCongresstorepudiate(HR867)thefindingsofIsraeliwarcrimesintheofficialFinalReportoftheUnitedNationsFact FindingMissiononthe2009GazaConflictbyavoteof34436isameasureofthepoweroftheZPC.13Thereport,alsoknownastheGoldstone Report,afteritsprincipleauthorJusticeRichardGoldstone,wasreleasedonSeptember15,2009,amidacarefullyorchestratedcampaigntodiscreditits findingsanditsauthors.WhatisevenmoreimportantthantheUSCongressionalvoteofcondemnationisthefactthatthecampaignwaspublicallyordered fromIsrael,directedbythePresidentsofthe51andobedientlyandenthusiasticallycarriedoutbyseveralhundredthousandZionistactivists,throughoutthe country.The51andthemassofZionistzealotswereopenlydefendingIsraelistateterrorandcrimesagainsthumanity.Theirdefenseofwarcrimesnever evokedasecondthought.Whatmatteredwastheirabilitytopressure,threaten,cajoleandpromisefuturefundstoCongressionalrepresentativesinorderto securetheirvoteagainstJusticeGoldstone.BlindobediencetoIsraelidictateswasevidentinthefactthatmanyCongresspersonsproudlyconfessedtonever havingevenreadtheGoldstoneReportandthatnonedaredquestiontheegregiousfabrications,whichitstwouberZionistCongressionalsponsors, (RepresentativesH.L.Berman,DCaliforniaandG.L.Ackermann,DNewYork),oftheHouseResolution867,concocted.14TheUSCongress,infact, almostunanimouslyrejectedtheeminentJusticeGoldstonesrequesttopresenthisfindingsinperson. ThemanifestationsofIsraelipowerovertheUSarepublic,visible,outrageousandunprecedentedintheannalsofUSforeignrelations.20Israelipoweris wieldeddirectlythroughitssubordinatedpoliticalarm,theZPC,whichinturnfacilitatesthedirectinterventionoftheIsraelistateintheinternalpoliticsofthe US.LetusexamineseveralcrucialempiricalindicatorsofIsraelipowerintheUS. OnNovember9,2009,IsraeliPrimeMinisterBenjaminNetanyahuaddressedthemassbasedJewishFederation(JF)ofNorthAmericaGeneralAssembly andthankedUSPresidentObamaandtheUSCongressforrepudiatingtheGoldstoneReport.TheIsraeliheadofstatethentoldhisUSfollowersto increasetheireffortstoinfluenceUSpolicytostopTeheranfromrealizingitsnuclearambitions.21AmbassadortotheUnitedStates,MichaelOren,told thesameJewishFederationtopressforsanctionsonIranandcondemnthefindingsoftheUnitedNationscommissiononGaza.22Speakingasatribal chieftaindictatingorderstotheloyaloverseasfollowers,Orenstated,Ourstrengthderivesfromthebeliefthatwehavearighttoindependenceinourtribal land,thelandofIsrael23IsraelistheonlycountrythatcaninterveneintheinternalpoliticsoftheUS,countingonapowerfulpoliticalorganization,to shapeUSpolicytoserveitsstateinterests. BydrawingonthenowdiscreditedmyththatAmericanJewstribalancestryisrootedinIsrael,ratherthanCentralAsia,Khazaran,reinforcestheideathat IsraelandnottheUnitedStatesisthetruehomelandofAmericanJewsandthereforeitistheirrightanddutytoobeythedictatesoftheIsraelistate.24 EachyeardozensofIsraelistateofficialsvisittheUSanddirectlyinterveneinUSpoliticaldebates,congressionalhearingsandexecutivepolicymakingwith naryawhisperofprotest,letalonecensurefromtheUSStateDepartment.AnyothercountrysofficialswhosoflagrantlyinterveneinUSpoliticswouldbe declaredpersonanongrataandexpelledfromthecountry.Incontrast,becauseofthepoweroftheZPC,Israeliciviliansandmilitaryofficialsareinvitedto interveneinUSpolicymaking,tosettheagendafornumerousZionistofficialsinandoutofpublicofficeandtobludgeonandpraisethosewhocriticizeor opposeIsraelidictates.25TherepeatedpublicstatementsbyIsraeliofficialsthattheprimaryloyaltyofAmericanJewsistoIsraelanditspoliciesinother words,thattheyshouldactasafifthcolumnforIsraelisincompatiblewiththenotionofcitizenshipeverywhereexceptforthissmallgroupintheUS.26One couldimaginetheoutcry(andbrutalreprisals)ifanypoliticalleaderfromaMoslemcountrycalledontheircoreligioniststopursueitsstateinterests.Whatis strikingthenabouttheZPCisthatitopenlyandpublicallyorganizesmeetings,followsordersandpursuespoliciesdictatedbyIsraelipublicofficialsandyetis notregisteredasaforeignagent,letaloneprosecutedforacting,byitsownadmission,onbehalfofaforeignpower.27 TheZPC:LobbyorUnregisteredForeignAgents? Basedonitsorganizationalstructureandpoliticalaims,theproIsraelsocialpoliticalconfigurationcannotbereducedtoacommonlobby.Themassactivist organizationalstructureencompassingandpenetratingcivic,political,culturalinstitutionsandmediaoutletsresemblesapowerconfigurationthatworkswithin andoutsideofWashingtontoshapepoliticaldecisionsrelevanttoIsrael.28Equallyimportantitplaysamajorroleinshapingtheopinionsandbehaviorof publicopinionandcivicsocietyorganizations.Secondly,unlikeAmericanlobbies,itactstoshapeUSforeignpolicyintheinterestofaforeignmilitarypower, uptoandincludingdecisionsonpromotingwarandimposingsanctionsagainstIsraelsopponents,prejudicingthelivesandsecurityofthousandsof Americanworkingpeopleandtaxpayers.Thirdly,thetermlobbydoesnotordinarilyencompassthevirulentrepressiveactivitiespursuedbytheZPC againstcriticalwriters,culturalfigures,academicsandothersinAmericansocietywhoquestionIsraelipolicy.TheZPCnotonlyactsaforeignagentforIsrael today,buthasbeenopenlydoingsooverfiftyyears.29Inthe1960stheJusticeDepartmentattemptedtoenforcethe1938ForeignAgentsRegistrationAct (FARA)againstthecurrentAmericanIsraelPublicAffairsCommittee(AIPAC)spredecessor,theAmericanZionistCouncil(AZC),butwasblockedby proIsraelpoliticians. TheZPCnotonlypublicallygivesunconditionalsupporttoIsraelipolicybutengagesinespionageonbehalfofIsraelasseveralprominentmembersofthe ZPCandMossadhavetestified.OneofAmericasleadingexpertsonIsraelslobbyGrantSmith,whohasamassedavastarchiveofdeclassifiedofficial USdocumentsonIsraeliZionistactivitiesintheUS,citesnumerouscasesinwhichAIPACpurloinedinternalclassifiedgovernmentdocumentsinorderto furtherIsraelitradeprivilegesnthe1980s.30AleaderoftheZionistOrganizationofAmericawasimplicatedintheillegaltransferofUSgovernmenturanium toIsraelin1956.In2005SteveRosenandKeithWeissman,leadersinAIPAC,admittedtoreceivingaconfidentialdocumentrelatingtoUSIranpolicy, transmittingittoanIsraeliembassyofficial.31From1979to1985,seniorUSArmyWeaponsEngineerBenamiKadish,anAmericanZionistandformer memberofthefanaticalJewishHaganahmilitiainBritishMandatePalestine,handedcriticalconfidentialdocumentsonanenormousnumberofUSweapons systemsovertoagentsfromtheIsraeliembassy.32ThesewerethenbelievedtohavebeenpassedtotheSovietUnioninordertoinfluencetheirpolicyon immigrationtoIsrael.UndertheinfluenceoftheZionistinfestedJusticeDepartment,Kadishgotoffwitha$50,000fineandnotasingledayinjailfor handingscoresofcrucialUSmilitarysecretstoIsrael. ThecareerpatternsofleadingZionistsincludemoversfrombusiness(WallStreet,Corporatelawfirms)togovernmentanotherpatterninvolvesZionist academicswhomovetotheexecutivebranchandthenontocorporateorZionistthinktanks.Othersfollowacareercombiningacademicpropagandist journalistpolicyconsultantpositions,oftenprominentonthetelevisionpoliticaltalkshows.TheleadingmediamogulscombinerolesasCEOs propagandistsandIsraeladvocates.Theoverlapofcareerpositionscreatesanetworkofsharedideologies,definedbywhatisbestforIsrael(Israel First).ThesharedworldviewcreatesacohesivegroupthatsetstheboundariesofUSpolicydebate.Congressionalbehavior,Executivepolicymakersand intellectualdiscourseareconfinedbytheseZPCdeterminedparameters.IneffectproIsraelcareerpatternsandprojectionsofpowerhaveestablisheda kindofJudeoZionisthegemonyofUSpubliclife. EthnosizingTruth OneoftheextrememanifestationsofZionistJewishhegemonyisfoundinthefearandtrepidationwithwhichcriticsofIsraelipolicyapproachtheissue.Most seektoJudaizeanycriticism,insteadofseekingandcitingtruth,factsoranalysesontheirownmerits.TheysupporttheirstatementsbycitingIsraeli sourcesandJewishwriters,evenifearliernonJewish,nonIsraeliwritersandanalystshaveraisedthesameissuesandmayhaveprovidedamoresystematic andconsequentialcritique.51ThistacticofseekingtoplayoffcriticalJewsagainsttheZPCandIsraelisdebatableifnotcounterproductive,regressive andservestoreenforcethepervasivefearoftheZPC.Theproponentsofthisapproach,assumingtheyarenotignorantofnonJewishcritics,arguethatby citingtheJewishbackgroundofthecriticsofIsrael,theydisarmtheZPCchargeofantiSemitism.Theyfurtherarguethatbyputtinganethnicspinor ethnicizingthecritiquetheyarerespondingtoJewishsensibilitiesandaremorelikelytogetahearingfromJewsandtheirsympathizers.52 Theseargumentsareplausiblebutdeeplyflawed.CommittedZionists,meaningtheentireZPC,dismissJewishandnonJewishcriticswithequalferocity:the 5. sourcesandJewishwriters,evenifearliernonJewish,nonIsraeliwritersandanalystshaveraisedthesameissuesandmayhaveprovidedamoresystematic andconsequentialcritique.51ThistacticofseekingtoplayoffcriticalJewsagainsttheZPCandIsraelisdebatableifnotcounterproductive,regressive andservestoreenforcethepervasivefearoftheZPC.Theproponentsofthisapproach,assumingtheyarenotignorantofnonJewishcritics,arguethatby citingtheJewishbackgroundofthecriticsofIsrael,theydisarmtheZPCchargeofantiSemitism.Theyfurtherarguethatbyputtinganethnicspinor ethnicizingthecritiquetheyarerespondingtoJewishsensibilitiesandaremorelikelytogetahearingfromJewsandtheirsympathizers.52 Theseargumentsareplausiblebutdeeplyflawed.CommittedZionists,meaningtheentireZPC,dismissJewishandnonJewishcriticswithequalferocity:the formerasselfhatingJews,thelatterasantiSemites.SacrificingtruthandprincipledcriticismtoshieldJewishsensibilitiesmeansrefrainingfrom challengingtheirresidualtribalsympathiestoaZioncentricviewoftheworld.IfthecentralproblemisZionisthegemonyofUScultureandespecially foreignpolicyintheMiddleEast(andwhereverelseIsraeldictates),itillbehoovesustopandertoamorphousspecialsensitivitiesofthefewJewish dissidentswhodemandethnicallybasedcritiques. DemystifyingaRacialDoctrine: ThebigchallengeforopponentsofJudeoZionisthegemonyisdemystifyingitsideologicalbases.Zionistsandtheirmediacampfollowersalwayshighlight Jewishnessandthedisproportionatenumberofnotable,successfulscientistsandpublicfigureswithwhomtheZionistsselfidentify(evenifthesaid individualhavenoidentificationwithanythingremotelyJewishbeyondsomedistantancestry).Incontrast,tohighlighttheJewishness(andIsrael centricity)ofnotoriousswindlers,spies,warmongers,gangsters,drugorarmstraffickersisbelabeledantiSemitic.Selectiveethnicidentityiscrucialto maintainingandperpetuatingtheracistmythofJewishsuperiorityandthecorollaryofpowerandprestige,basedonspecialmeritoriousqualities.Oneofthe keycomponentsofZionistJewishideologyandIsraelipowerispreciselytheracistmythoftheJewishmoralandintellectualsuperioritynottheguns, moneyandbackingofWashingtonandtheZPCscentrallocationwithintheUSelitesocialstructure. Zionistracistideology,withitsimplicitandexplicitemphasisonJewsasspecialpeopleordainedbyGod,aswellasthemediasbiastowardpresentinga selectivelypositiveethnoreligiousidentity,providessymbolicgratificationtolowermiddleclassJews,whosellIsraelbonds,writeletterstopoliticians, hecklecriticsoftheJewishstateandmarchundertheflagofIsrael.Theyarelikelytoplayaroleatthegrassrootslevelinbullyingfamilymembers,neighbors andcolleaguestojointhecauseorrefrainfromvoicingcriticismofIsrael.Recently,morethanafewSedershaveledtofamilybustupsoverissueslikethe massacreofPalestinianciviliansinGaza,theGoldstoneReportandtheBenamiKadishspyepisode. ThesuccessoftheZPCinprojectingpowerandshapingUSpolicydepends,inlargepart,onthefinancialcloutofitsmillionairefinanciers,itspenetrationof thestateapparatusandtheinterlockofthecorporatepoliticaldirectorate.However,equallyimportantisthegrassrootsworkofhundredsofthousandsof middleandlowermiddleclassactivists.TheeffectiveexerciseofpowerbytheZionistelitesisbasedontheverticaltiesbetweentheleadersandfollowers, especiallyinmobilizingforIsraelshighprioritycampaignspromotingdubiouscauseslikeIsraelirepudiationofmoderateUSpoliciestowardJewish colonialsettlerexpansionorcallsformorerestraintfromkillingciviliansinPalestineandelsewhere.Itishighlyunlikelythatanychangescanbeinduced amongtheZionistelitebuttherearereasonstobelievethatsomesectionsoftherankandfilecanbeinfluencedbyantiZionistJewsandnonJews.Thisis especiallytrueatatimewhenIsraelipoliticalleadershaveembracedsuchopenlyultrarightistpostures. TreasuryofficialandZionistzealotStuartLevey,whoisinchargeofblackmailingIranstradeandinvestmentpartners,inordertostrangletheIranian economyandimpoverishseventymillionofitspeople.TheNewsweekauthorsofthesearticlesarerightwingIsraelandUSZionists.NotoriousZionistnews anchors,likeTedKoppelandWolfBlitzer,parrottheIsraeliZPClineinthemajormedia(FoxNews,CBS,NBC,ABC,CNN,BBC)aswellas secondaryoutlets(NationalPublicRadio).58TheresultisselfstyledexpertsofdubiousloyaltytotheAmerica,butwithstrongtiestoIsraelandZionist thebasisandlegalityoftheReportandfalsifyitscontents.Whentheextrememilitarists,likeNetanyahu,passedthewordtoIsraelsmouthpiecesinNorth America,theyunleashedtheZPCsentirestableofacademics,journalistsandpropagandists.Overonehundredopedpiecesinthemajormediasavaged theReport,slanderedGoldstoneanddefendedIsraeliterrorattacks,whichdestroyedtheentirehumaninfrastructureoftheGaza.61NoIsraelicrimewas WhatisstrikingaboutthevastmajorityofZionistacademicapologistsofterrorismistheirshoddyscholarship,theirtendentiousandillogicalargumentsand
