He instantly pulled out his Art book and started drawing an Alien. Here are some images he sketched.

Breaking Rambo’s imagination, Papa then told Rambo and Pranks that Mangalyaan had been sent by India, to find out whether Mars ever had water or not. The scientists would find this out by carefully studying the surface of the planet.

Pranks agitatedly asked, “What is Mangalyaan? Is it like a spaceship or a rocket?” Papa then explained that

it is a satellite. A satellite is an object that moves round and round a planet. Mangalyaan has been created by scientists, to click close pictures of mars. They plan to study the images and find out if there was water and life on mars before.

Where are Kashmir and Assam? And what are Floods?

Floods occur when it rains a lot, or when a lot of snow melts suddenly. Mostly, places that have a river flowing close by, experience floods, when the river cannot hold the amount of water. Water then overflows, causing floods.

In Jammu and Kashmir, continuous rainfall led to the flooding of the Jhelum and the Tavi rivers. In Assam, it was the Bhramaputra river which flooded.

Many people were left homeless, and had no access to food and water, for many days. Houses, schools have sunk.

Pray for the flood affected people, and tell your parents to send some food and medicines for the flood victims.

Here’s a Prayer for the Flood Victims

Oh dear lord,

Please hear my plea.

Please take care of the people

The Assamese, Jammuites, and Kashmiris.

Give them health and the courage

To build back what they lost.

The families who have lost loved ones,

Need courage, to move ahead at all cost.

Give people the strength

To share and help others,

In this time of need,

We are all bothers and sisters.
