Governance transparent Sociocapitalism

The sociocapitalism will bring greater transparency in the decisions of governments and businesses. And certainly, the people will be at the top of their concerns, which does not happen today.

What is Sociocapitalism? It is a new political-economic system that predominate in the 21st century, the end result of convergence between capitalism and socialism.Skirt sociocapitalism: 1 - The "e-Direct Democracy", 2 - The "Nationalization Strategic” and;; 3 - “The Capital Fund of Social Workers – CFST”.

Basics of sociocapitalism: - "All power emanates from the people and his name will be exercised."   - "All wealth comes from work.”.

The people exercising their power

In "e-direct democracy" the people exercise their power directly on strategic issues, making use of computerized voting. The "e-direct democracy" to constant achievements of plebiscites, referendums, recall of mandate (cassation), petitions and other instruments.So the people can directly exercise their power, without the traditional distortions promoted by crooked politicians who use the devices allowed in the "representative democracy".

The strategic Nationalization: It's the long-term intervention of government in business, aiming to create value for the country and thus boost their development.

This government intervention in the economy should not be detrimental to the economic order, free enterprise, harm competition or establish monopolies of any kind. The state-owned company in such circumstances must open its capital to private enterprise, but without prejudice to the government controlling interest.

Capital Fund Social Worker - CFSW

It is a fund on behalf of workers, which will enable their participation in company profits.

• The CFSW is the result of a "New Social Contract."

• The management of CFSW must have strict regulations to prevent distortions in carrying out its mission.

The New Social Contract This is a political and economic agreement to be approved by the referendum

and direct democracy by voters in the country, by which recognize the right of employees to participate in the profits of labor. After all wealth comes from work.

The agreement will establish a constitutionally equal amount of capital and labor for commercial enterprise to generate wealth. Therefore, both classes, capitalists and workers possess the legal right to participate in the profits that generate productive enterprise.

In the political-economic system that will run in the 21 workers will be recognized as important for the generation of wealth in the country. Therefore be treated legally as members of the capitalists, is entitled to the tithe of the profits of productive enterprise.

Benefits CFSW for workers

1 – Improving the distribution of wealth generated by the labor employed.

2 – Giving workers more decision-making on economic, labor and business.

3 - Bridging the struggle between workers and capitalists, in that both are legally recognized as partners. Easing labor negotiations primarily in times of crisis.

The Virtuous Circle of CFSW

The Capital Fund of Social Workers (CFSW) act beneficially in the economy, the improvement in income distribution.

The extra money in the pockets of workers will induce positive effects on consumption, demand, profit, productivity, investment, government revenues and, ultimately, the level of employment.

The virtuous circle of CFSW the economy benefits everyone: employees, employers and government. It promotes the economic, social and cultural development, for the so-called social progress sustained, comprehensive and fair that everyone desires.

Explorers of the People: Bourgeoisie Capitalist & Socialist Nomenklatura

Capitalism and socialism usurp the power of the people without any ethical and moral constraint, and each in its own way. 

The bourgeoisie that as Karl Marx it is the ruling class of the capitalist mode of production, usurps the power of the people taking advantage of the corrupt corporate media.

The Nomenklatura, the ruling caste and privilege of the former Soviet Union and other socialist countries like Communist China, usurps the power of the people taking advantage of the cruel dictatorship and alienating.

How to usurp the people's power?

In Capitalism elected politicians abuse power delegated to them, not consulting p people in major decisions. This process is the "representative democracy" and no longer lives up to popular expectations. The more indirect for a democracy, the people are more alienated from power.

The political class uses the corporate media to manipulate the people, for the sake of their interests and legislate on behalf of themselves and their corporations.

In socialism the situation is even worse, because there is not "representative democracy". Prevail tyrannical regimes in which a privileged elite to dominate the state machine and enslaves people. This elite called nomenklatura.

As a direct result of the usurpation of power in popular capitalism and socialism, we have the dispossession of the wealth generated by workers.

Therefore, only "e-direct democracy" can correct these deviations, with the people

electing a government and managing fair, honest and progressive in effect.

STRUGGLE FOR A BETTER WORLD

A Better World will be possible only with the enlightenment and mobilization, workers, trade unions and political parties.

The implementation of "e-direct democracy" will allow the completion of the convergence between capitalism and socialism, and the birth of Sociocapitalismo. Thus the nations will be born a New UN, with great progress in economic and social.

Convergence of Capitalism & Socialism

Process that exists today, where capitalism assimilates certain practices socialists, such as the U.S. nationalizing some companies strategic to the economy.

In addition to communist China adopted the "market socialism", which brought the country to the practices of successful capitalist stock exchanges, investment in the country and remittance of profits abroad.

The convergence of systems now under way in the world, is described in the book: "The Sociocapitalism - for a Better World".

8 – Supporting sustainable development, ethical and fair to all. 9 – Participate actively in government decisions.

10 – Spread the ideology sociocapitalist.

The Bright Side of Global Crisis

The capitalist crisis represents a milestone in the history of mankind. From what capitalism and socialism are no longer the same.

It demonstrates that globalization is irreversible, and that the convergence of capitalism & socialism goes to Sociocapitalism.

Is a consensus now that global problems require global solutions and democratic, mediated by a new UN. This will drive the convergence and lead to a new economic, political and social world:The Sociocapitalism.

NEW UN The end of American empire and the demands of

globalization are driving the emergence of the New United Nations, which will have with an expanded Security Council, and promote global governance, fair, active, representative and effective.

Priorities for the New UN: - combat poverty and religious disharmony;- promote sustainable economic development; - promote disarmament; - promote free trade; - birth control; - control pollution, and - support the "e-direct democracy".

World Disarmament"Yes we can"

Based on the power of global citizen sociocapitalist and just and powerful New UN military race between countries will have more sense. So much money will be left for countries to invest in productive sectors and really beneficial.

This important event will provide a considerable increase in the overall level of employment overall, and cause a huge positive effect on the world economy. Ultimately, society will gain an overall social progress, cultural and economical without equal.
