SSC CHSL 2016 – Staff Selection Commission (SSC), premier organization for recruitment of candidates to various posts in government departments conducts the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) (10+2) every year. This open competitive exam is conducted for recruitment of candidates to the post of Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, LDO and DEO. SSC CHSL registration process will start from 02 July 2016. The last date for submission of offline application form is 31 July 2016.

However, the last date for submission of Online Application is 1 August 2016. The SSC CHSL Exam is scheduled to be held on 25 September, 9 October and 16 October.

SSC CHSL Application Form 2016

CHSL Application form 2016 will release on 2nd July 2016. Interested and eligible candidates can apply. Application form will be available for online mode & offline mode. Online application form will be available at SSC official website (ssc.online.nic.in) and those candidates, who want to submit the offline application form, can download and take a print out of application form and fill it.Application Fee / Mode of Payment (Online and Offline)Offline Application – Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs.100 as application fee through CRF stamps which can be bought from the post office. Fee is exempted for all female candidates and reservation category as per the rule of Government of India.Online Application – Candidates have to pay fee of Rs. 100, candidates can pay application fee through challan at any SBI branch, net banking and any credit/debit cards. (SC/ ST/ Female / PH category aspirants no need to pay any fee).

SSC CHSL 2016 Eligibility CriteriaAge Limit- Candidates whose age fall in between 18 years- 27 years as on August 01, 2016. Age Relaxation to candidates belonging to the reserved categories are provided according to the norms of government.

SC (Scheduled Caste)/ ST (Scheduled Tribe) Candidates – 5 yearsOBC (Other Backward Classes) – 3 yearsPH (Physically Handicapped) – 10 yearsPH + OBC – 13 yearsPH + SC/ST – 15 years

Educational Qualification- Candidates who have qualified Intermediate/ Class XII Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University.

SSC CHSL Admit Card 2016Admit card for SSC CHSL 2016 Exam will be send to all the applicants through post. Candidates can also download the admit card form respective regional SSC's website. Make sure you visit correct regional website. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam without possessing their respective SSC CHSL admit card 2016.

SSC CHSL Result 2016SSC will upload CHSL exam result on its official website, result will be in the "PDF" format in that PDF file candidates need to search their name and roll number. CHSL exam result will be published in the month of January 2017. Only short-listed candidates will be called for skill test round. After skill test, final result will be published in the month of May 2017. After final result, candidates will be appointed for the posts.
