•-After the Qing Dynasty was overpowered in 1911, the Republic of China was formed•Central government failed due to its low-power state as there were many warlords who dominated and had their own armies throughout China. •Amidst the 1930’s , the Kuomintang (nationalist) fought with the Chinese Communist Party. With the Communists being outnumbered, they fled to establish a new guerilla base in the “Shaanxi’ province.•The fights escalated until the year of 1937, when the Japanese invaded China, the two made an alliance to fight and remove the Japanese out of China• It affected by mainland China
