What I’ve LearnedI feel that I’ve learnt a great deal of things since my last college magazine, to my most recent college magazine. I have learned how to use Photoshop to a greater extent than what I could before, as well as InDesign. In my last magazine I put a shadow around my model, which as you can tell wasn’t the greatest idea. I feel now that I know what I want to put in my front cover and my contents, compared to how I felt on my first magazine where I was a bit sceptical on what I put in, and un – imaginative in the process too.

I’ve also changed how I lay different sections of the magazines out too, as you can see in the contrast from my previous college magazine and my latest magazine, where instead of stories down both sides, I’ve put stories down just one side. Using black for my magazine would be something I know not to do now, as you can only use a few colours that look good with a black background, whereas white looks natural and a great deal of colours can stand out on it.
