MoodboardMy Moodboard mainly consists

of magazines that aren’t very mainstream. I like

these kind of magazines as they have bold uses of colour

and sans serif fonts whichis what I plan to use with my

own final Music Magazine Coverdesign.

Kerrang, Q and NME Magazine are allvery bright in colour and alternativein styles. I like these covers mainly

for the Cover stories and main articlepictures as the bands are doing odd

poses and making the magazines lookvery interesting.

I like Clash Magazine mainly for theiruses of fonts and colour. Their

magazine style is very traditional inthe way that it’s set out and I

think it works very well.

Mojo Magazine is very contemporaryand also has a very traditional style.

I like their covers mainly for theirsimplicity and for the artists they

use on the covers.

I have picked these magazines as I believe they would appeal to Young-Adults or

students. I think this due to the bright eye-catching colours and ‘trendy’ articles about

mainstream bands
