Important factors in Grooming

Smile -Always smile & let your smile be genuine as a smile that reaches one's eyes can really break barriers

• Always act with honesty and dignity• Be helpful and co-operative with each other• Say, “Please; Thank you; You’re welcome”, as part of your

everyday courtesy• Take responsibility for your mistakes, apologies and go about

correcting the mistakes• Never blame someone else if it is your mistake

Basic Manners• Chewing gum and popping bubble gum in the presence of co-

workers is neither cool nor good• Be helpful and co-operative with each other• Be neat, clean and as conservative as the business requires

you to be• Do not cough or sneeze in anyone's direction. Use a tissue, if

possible, to contain the germs and then say "Excuse me"• Keep your work area tidy. Try not to be messy• Do not interrupt another speaker• ‘Mute’ your cell phone in the office. No fancy ring tones• Speak clearly without shouting.

Dress sense

Males:

a) A Dark color shirt should be teamed with a light color trouser & vice versa.

b) Tie should be coordinated on the color that is maximum in the shirt.

c) Shave regularly, as the stubble look is suitable only

for our bollywood heroes

d) Avoid strong perfume

• Hair: Conservative and well maintained, short neatly cut

1. Should not fall on forehead, touch the ears or touch the collars. 2. Neatly combed, not oily, not premed. 3. Only conservative hairstyle permitted. 4. Moustaches neatly trimmed. 5. Should not cover upper lip. 6. Face clean shaved 7. Beards only permitted as part of religious sentiments

1. Only black shoes are permitted 2. Socks to match the color of the shoes or trousers

Uniform: Immaculate, spotless, well ironed

1. Light color Formal shirt, full sleeves,2. Formal Trouser, front creased 3. Matching Tie4. No loose threads or broken buttons 5. Cuffs and collars to be stain free and clean. 6.
