Page 2: Complete North Korean Government Collapse

Beginning to Collapse

• North Korea Power Struggle

• Lead into a small scale civil war, in terms of duration.

• Why? Lack of food, terrible agriculture, malnourishment, and lack of drinking water.

• This will result in a massive famine, like in the 1990s.

Country Status

North Korea is with beyond reasonable doubt a failed state.

Failed State: “Loss of physical control of its territory, or of the

monopoly on the legitimate use of physical force therein,

erosion of legitimate authority to make collective decisions, an

inability to provide reasonable public services, and an inability

to interact with other states as a full member of the

international community.”

grams, the possibility of a sudden leadership change in the North

• Military intervention to secure floating Weapons of Mass Destruction.

• Stabilize climate to begin a large scale International Gov. and Non Governmental Organizations or NGO for relief operation.
